After receiving his instructions, Banks came running over eagerly, in an excellent mood. He had just returned from Garbage Island.

Relying on his talent for identifying counterfeits, he had become a middleman, even accepting commissions to inspect goods for others. He had earned quite a bit this way, perhaps no less than the Blacksmith Shop made.

"Boss!"

Banks called out when he spotted Yang Yi on the deck.

"Come inside."

Yang Yi motioned for Banks to follow, then entered the Painful Wailing Cabin.

Banks soon followed, just in time to see Yang Yi throwing the fish he had just caught into the Soul Furnace as fuel for the fire.

"Boss, I've already told you, your smithing skills are far beyond mine now. You should just forge things however you like. There's really no need to consult me."

Banks repeated his same old line, unchanged for ages, because it let him slack off.

But this time, Yang Yi actually agreed with him and nodded.

"That's what I thought too. That's why I called you over," Yang Yi said.

"Huh?"

Banks froze at first, thinking he had misheard, but soon sensed something was wrong. Yang Yi was smiling at him, and combined with that bearlike build, the smile looked rather cruel.

The boss isn't after my body, is he...?

Banks wondered to himself. Nothing else came to mind for the moment, but he had actually guessed right.

"Let me borrow your head. I'm planning to make a smithing hammer..."

Before he had finished speaking, Banks took to his heels, but it was already too late. Yang Yi grabbed him, and the world spun around him. By the time he came to his senses, he was sitting on the floor.

"I'll fix you up later. Make do with this head for now."
