Yang Yi chose a relatively safe place to stop the ship and used small Sea Salt Grenades made from Reagent Bottles to drive away the Small Meat Lumps floating nearby.
Then he went to the ship's atrium, changed into the Sharkskin Swimsuit, tossed the raft into the sea, and secured it firmly with a rope.
He planned to board the raft and feed White Seawater to the Stomach Pouch to increase its capacity.
Once everything was ready, Yang Yi took the contents of the Stomach Pouch out one by one and left them on deck. Then, holding the pouch, he climbed down the hull onto the raft.
After making sure nothing unusual was happening nearby, he submerged the emptied Stomach Pouch in the sweet White Seawater.
Glug, glug!
Holding the Stomach Pouch, Yang Yi could feel it swallowing seawater in considerable quantities, forming a small whirlpool.
Three seconds later, Yang Yi pulled the Stomach Pouch out and checked its information. Its internal space had increased by another 0.1 cubic meters.
This showed that feeding it seawater worked.
For safety's sake, however, Yang Yi needed to monitor changes in the Stomach Pouch's information at all times. He absolutely could not let it swallow seawater unchecked or toss it into the sea.
If he accidentally lost the Stomach Pouch, the loss would be enormous.
Yang Yi thought for a few seconds, then had a flash of inspiration and changed his approach. He gripped the bottom of the Stomach Pouch with both hands and pointed its opening at the sea, letting it suck up the seawater itself.
That way, the currents and whirlpools would be less likely to interfere with him. He only needed to hold the pouch tightly and lift it at the right moment.
The Stomach Pouch began sucking up seawater,
