The Boiling Sea, where the Iron Brotherhood was stationed.
A giant mechanical squid floated on the sea like a dead fish, its severely rusted body motionless. Its head alone was over five hundred meters long, comparable to a small island.
This was actually the giant sea monster the Iron Brotherhood had subdued earlier. They were now using it as a temporary foothold, and the ships moored around it also belonged to the Iron Brotherhood. Rust Robots could even be seen going in and out of the sea monster, hauling cargo.
Most of it consisted of fish they had caught, such as Puffed Balloon Fish or Floating Balloon Jellyfish.
These fish were all securely bound. Some were already showing signs of Rust Disease, but without exception, they were still alive, because they could not be processed once they died.
The Iron Brotherhood's people transported these live fish to the processing plant inside the sea monster. When they returned to collect them eight hours later, they would receive finished, rusted fish-shaped equipment or items.
This was also the Iron Brotherhood's main source of income at present.
As for the Iron Will, the enormous steel warship was moored beside the sea monster's head. Several harpoons it had fired were embedded in the sea monster's body, while its main cannon-the Sea Monster Bane-was aimed at the Siren's head. At the slightest unusual movement, it would blow its head open.
The hole in the Siren's head, which appeared to have been left by the earlier bombardment, had not healed. It had thus become a passage and entrance, with black "ink" constantly flowing out of it and staining the surrounding sea black.
This ink was actually the engine oil inside the sea monster. It all floated on the sea, mixed with large quantities of rusted metal
