Yang Yi uncovered the satellite’s history and fought Dream Demons while using his dream of Charles to investigate the Deathbirth Star and the Truth Society. Su Na helped him study the Perfect Cube and access the Society’s database, where they found records of several great beings but none for the Feast Master or Radiant Goddess.

• Yang Yi learned that the satellite held hundreds of thousands of Undeath Disease patients and tested whether extreme heat and electrotherapy could harm them, triggering a blackout and a Dream Demon attack.
• Yang Yi fought Dream Demons in the laboratory, then woke to find his sanity badly reduced and warned the crew that Beta controlled the satellite and was becoming one of the monsters.
• Yang Yi shared Dream Demon intelligence with players, upgraded his equipment, and launched a repair service while the Nightmare Star crossed into the Black Fog.
• Yang Yi returned to the nightmare as Charles and learned that Beta planned to freeze the Living Area as part of an operation concerning the Deathbirth Star.
• Yang Yi and Su Na worked together in the dream, and Yang Yi used the code phrase “All for death” to trigger the freezing plan before fighting his way toward the Living Area’s exit.
• Yang Yi and Su Na studied the Perfect Cube and tested ways to expose Dream Demons, while Yang Yi drove another Dream Entrant out of the nightmare.
• Yang Yi killed Dream Demons for weeks as Su Na uncovered clues about the Death-Sleep Potion and opened the Truth Society app in offline guest mode.

Yang Yi pursued Su Na to the Deathbirth Star, where he launched himself into its interior and fought Charles amid the spread of the Undeath Disease. He obtained the Stone of Truth but was consumed by the Maw of Gluttony, then emerged alive at Miskatonic University and enrolled by passing its entrance exam.

• Yang Yi posted warnings about Dream Island and Eden, sold his Dream Crystals, and transferred 200 million Conch Coins to Su Na before she vanished after swallowing the Stone of Truth.
• Yang Yi set out for the Deathbirth Star and reached a ruined rocket base, where Fire Worship Cult elders mistook him for their Grand Elder and helped him launch toward the satellite.
• Yang Yi’s rocket punched through the Deathbirth Star, leaving him stranded inside as he collected the remains of the elders and fought undead trapped within Charles.
• Yang Yi emerged from Charles as a towering Flame Giant and demanded the Stone of Truth, but Charles froze him and the Maw of Gluttony swallowed him as the Deathbirth Star fell apart.
• Yang Yi ignited himself and the undead with “Burn with Me,” helping halt the Death Plague Sea’s expansion, then rode Charles toward The Charred Tree as the burning spaces merged.
• Charles disintegrated near The Charred Tree, and Yang Yi found the Stone of Truth before a vision overwhelmed his sanity and the Maw of Gluttony swallowed his remains and the stone.
• Yang Yi reappeared alive at Miskatonic University, rebuilt his body from charred parts, and passed the entrance exam in less than ten minutes to enroll in first place.

Yang Yi exploited Miskatonic University’s rules to pass his graduation exam while helping Su Na graduate, then emerged in the Boiling Sea and reunited with the Nightmare Star crew. After discovering Su Na and Cui Xiya had faked Cui Xiya’s death, he chose Steam Island as their next destination.

• Yang Yi enrolled first with zero points, sought materials to repair his body, and joined Su Na in buying the recently deceased Charles’s body from the Morgue.
• Yang Yi signed up for classes, exploited the university’s credit system, and advanced through courses while Su Na revealed the Double Face mutation on the back of her head.
• In the Truth Library, Yang Yi consumed books and furniture to absorb knowledge, triggering a student riot and a crackdown by Sun Jin and Mentor Michelin.
• Yang Yi and Su Na continued studying, then Yang Yi planted a grove around the Second Examination Hall and used the Student Code of Conduct to keep other candidates from reaching it.
• Yang Yi handed in a blank paper and graduated, while Su Na passed her exam and was sent from Miskatonic University back to her laboratory.
• Yang Yi emerged near the Deathbirth Star’s wreckage, met Fire Worship Cult believers who worshipped him as their Lord Flamebearer, and used their Firebearer ship to travel across the Boiling Sea.
• Yang Yi contacted Su Na and Yu Dawei, learned that Su Na had graduated, and arranged to meet her aboard the Nightmare Star.
• Yang Yi confronted Su Na after the crew panel listed Cui Xiya as dead, then discovered Su Na and Cui Xiya had used a Fake-Death Potion and chose Steam Island as the crew’s next destination.

Yang Yi gained new equipment and traded with the Collectors before reuniting with Yu Dawei and the Iron Brotherhood. As they prepared to assault Steam Island, Yang Yi scouted its defenses and was badly injured by an underwater cannon.

• Yang Yi installed the Terminator Bow Cannon, expanded Su Na’s work on the Nightmare Star, and transformed the ship into the Long-Legged Sardine to test its underwater capabilities.
• The Collectors gathered aboard the Nightmare Star, and Yang Yi traded his severed head to the Head Collector for the Blood Ratchet.
• Yang Yi enhanced Broken Iron, trained with it, and received Zhang Zhi’s report on Steam Island’s defenses as he headed toward the Iron Brotherhood.
• Yang Yi and his crew joined Yu Dawei aboard the Iron Will, where Yang Yi’s contact cured the Brotherhood’s Rust Disease and protected them from the Death Plague.
• Yang Yi and Yu Dawei planned an assault on Steam Island, and Yang Yi left to scout its defenses while Su Na and Su Na Na examined the Mechanical Kraken.
• Yang Yi crossed Steam Island’s warning lines and endured waves of gunfire and missiles, sending Su Na intelligence about the island’s weapons and repair factories.
• An underwater cannon shattered Yang Yi’s shield-bearing arm and sent him flying, prompting Su Na to order Yu Dawei and the Iron Brotherhood to move the Mechanical Kraken.
