Elliot observed for a while. In Rationality Mode, the vessel faithfully carried out his orders. Although she was rigid and inflexible, she allocated points extremely quickly, making her choices with almost no hesitation.
Elliot deliberately paused the point allocation several times, checking the believers' talents himself and comparing them against the choices made in Rationality Mode. Only after finding that they were essentially the same as his own choices did he nod in satisfaction.
This was the proper way to use Rationality. Although Rationality Mode could not handle complex problems, it had no trouble picking out the strongest abilities.
He had successfully turned several Elsas into point-allocation machines, letting him assign points to believers on an assembly line. He would no longer have to work himself dizzy all on his own!
Elliot thought for a moment, then added a few more constraints for Rationality Elsa. "Prioritize abilities that work together to make one plus one greater than two. If Analysis provides information about an ability, stop allocating points and notify me!"
Only after adding quite a few more prompts for Elsa did Elliot set her aside. He planned to observe for a while. As long as everything ran smoothly, he could leave it running indefinitely without further attention.
The Communion was now expanding constantly and recruiting large numbers of believers. Elliot's inability to allocate points fast enough had instead become a limit on the number of supernatural people. Even among those who had received points, most were only first rank and could merely enter the Courtyard to help move sacrificial offerings.
Allocating points beyond that required reviewing the believers' past point allocations and weighing synergies, conflicts, and other trade-offs. Allocating points to a single believer took so long that he simply could not keep up.
Now that he had Rationality
