• Yao Xuan shattered Wang Jinxi and Zhang Yangzi’s Dark Demon Flash, securing First Grade Class Five’s victory and earning Gu Yue’s invitation to visit her family.

After the group completed the first part of its final exam, Wu Zhangkong brought the students to the Hall of Heroes for their actual-combat assessment, where Yao Xuan faced Dai Mubai.

• Yao Xuan prepared Thousand Forging protective gear for Class Zero, then led the team into the Riot Period Spirit Ascension Platform and organized their hunts.
• Yao Xuan and Gu Yue helped the team defeat Soul Beasts, but a Man Faced Demon Spider killed Zhang Yangzi’s soul spirit and forced him to leave the platform.
• Yao Xuan killed the Man Faced Demon Spider, helped Gu Yue and the others cultivate their Soul Spirits, and later drove Xu Xiaoyu out of the platform after Xu Xiaoyu attacked him.
• Yao Xuan hunted down a pack of Flame Demon Lions through guerrilla tactics, killed their leader, and then survived attacks from a Dark Golden Terrorclaw Bear before leaving the platform.

• Yao Xuan defeated the Dai Mubai and Tang San phantoms, cleared the ultimate assessment, and returned to find that Gu Yue had matched his progress.
