Wangchuan lowered his head to look at the exquisitely wrapped dorayaki in his hand.
Then he looked up at Satoru Gojo.
"Doraemon?"
"Mm-hmm! Yep! A brand-new limited edition!"
Satoru Gojo smiled, his eyes curving, as though he had finally found an outlet for sharing his happiness.
"Go on, eat it. It's amazing! I stood in line for almost twenty minutes."
Wangchuan was silent for a second.
Then he unwrapped it and took a bite.
"Not bad."
"Tastes good."
"Right? Right?"
Satoru Gojo was as happy as if he had been the one receiving the compliment.
Standing two steps away, Megumi Fushiguro felt the corner of his mouth twitch involuntarily.
He had thought Satoru Gojo would give them a proper introduction.
But clearly, he had set his expectations too high from the start.
Satoru Gojo was already completely immersed in the sense of accomplishment that came from successfully sharing his dorayaki.
Megumi Fushiguro took a deep breath and slowly let it out, as though mentally preparing himself for some impending trouble.

He paused, his gaze sweeping back and forth between them.
"So what exactly are you planning to do?"
Satoru Gojo took a huge bite of dorayaki and spoke indistinctly, his cheeks bulging.
"Huh? We just want you to bring out Mahoraga for a bit."
"We want to take something from him."
Wangchuan took another bite too, chewing unhurriedly, as though waiting for Satoru Gojo to finish.
Megumi Fushiguro's brows furrowed again.
"Take what?"
"And what are you going to do with it?"
Satoru Gojo swallowed his mouthful.
He raised his index finger and wagged it, looking as mysterious as if he were sharing some earth-shattering secret.
"Well... Chuan is going to make me a custom Cursed Tool."
"But we couldn't find suitable materials on the market."
