Rainbow Dragon hurtled down at tremendous speed, charging with crushing force. His hard head bore straight down, the wind pressure bitterly cold and piercing.
Qingxiao had already activated Heavenly Motion's cursed energy to protect his body. Layers of cursed energy overlapped across his skin, solidifying around him into a tight suit of armor that protected his entire body.
His earlier dodging and maneuvering had inflicted no significant damage on Rainbow Dragon. This time, he would change tactics.
Coating his body in cursed energy could greatly enhance his physical defense, allowing him to withstand dangerous impacts head-on, but the cost was glaring-his physical agility dropped drastically, and his movement speed plummeted.
Qingxiao could no longer dodge as he had before. He could only take the impact head-on. The dragon's body scraped his shoulder blade, tearing his uniform and sending intense pain through his flesh.
"Fuck, finally on the ground!"
Qingxiao gritted his teeth and refused to retreat, enduring the full impact. At the same time, he wove basic attacks between normal strikes, hammering the same spot on Rainbow Dragon's body with heavy punches that sent scales flying.
Pain instantly sent Rainbow Dragon into a rage. A vicious light blazed in his eyes, his cursed energy surged, and a violent shock wave shattered every cursed spirit nearby.
Rainbow Dragon entered a berserk state, his body's explosive power multiplying several times over. His attacks and defensive movements grew even more savage. He completely ignored Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto, focusing his relentless assault entirely on Qingxiao.
Frantic with worry, Suguru Geto summoned a mole cursed spirit. Countless clods of earth and rocks flew toward Rainbow Dragon and clung to his body, slowing him slightly.
Satoru Gojo knew Rainbow Dragon's defenses were formidable and an ordinary Blue would be pointless. Taking advantage of the opening while Rainbow Dragon attacked Qingxiao and had no attention to spare for the sky above, he quietly reined in his offensive. The cursed energy in his palm began compressing to its limit, building up layer upon layer as he silently prepared a maximum-output Blue.
Qingxiao was on a roll now. He compressed all his cursed energy, drew it inward, and concentrated every last bit into his fists.
His right fist slammed into Rainbow Dragon's head. A deep, muffled explosion sounded far underground. Centered on the point where his fist struck, the entire stretch of ground abruptly collapsed inward and sank, with dirt and rubble instantly swept into the center of the collapse by an invisible force.
Fine black lightning erupted from empty space. Pitch-black, dazzling arcs coiled around the dragon's head, tearing through the surrounding air as tiny spatial fissures briefly appeared and rapidly healed.

A sharp, piercing crack suddenly rang out. The once-indestructible dragon scales shattered and fell away completely, exposing the rarely seen flesh beneath. Dark green cursed-energy blood instantly gushed out.
The sudden, devastating blow that broke through his defenses made the normally steady, ferocious Rainbow Dragon let out a short howl of pain.
Qingxiao had already entered sage mode. He only felt that his control over cursed energy had become smoother, as though it were an extension of his own limbs that needed no extra effort to manipulate.
Before Rainbow Dragon could recover, Qingxiao denied him even a moment to catch his breath.
His feet dug firmly into the ground, and his left fist shot out again. The second Black Flash followed immediately!
Destructive power erupted in an instant. The area of collapsing space abruptly doubled, savage black lightning lashing madly at the dragon's head. The already failing wound split open completely and widened!
The terrifying compounded power nearly blasted half of Rainbow Dragon's head apart. Flesh shattered, and dark green cursed-energy blood surged and sprayed wildly, drenching Qingxiao's head and face.
Rainbow Dragon was beyond saving now. Death was only a matter of time.
The thick, slightly cool liquid kept running down his brows, past his eyes, and along his jaw, soaking his uniform, already covered in dust and marks of damage.
"Go ahead and learn this high-difficulty move-right fist, damage high; left fist, high damage!"
He landed with bent knees and one hand braced against the ground, panting slightly. Yet there was not a trace of fear in his eyes, only an ever-fiercer will to fight.
"Now!"
High in the sky, Satoru Gojo's eyes suddenly lit up. His long-awaited charge was finally complete. The power of nothingness that could crush everything gathered in his palm-a maximum-output Blue.
Throughout the long charging process, he had watched the battle intently, waiting for this very opportunity.
Qingxiao understood instantly. Enduring the tearing agony in his chest, he advanced instead of retreating. All the cursed energy remaining around his body erupted as he pressed tightly against Rainbow Dragon's broken wound, giving him no chance to adjust his position or heal.
"Blue!"
With that single, clipped word, Satoru Gojo opened his hand and released the fully charged cursed technique.
Rainbow Dragon instantly sensed the deadly presence capable of swallowing him whole and fell into utter panic.
His already-struggling body thrashed even more violently. His dark green cursed energy ran completely wild, waves of furious shock waves exploding around him as he did everything he could to break free of his restraints and escape.
The mole cursed spirit Suguru Geto had deliberately kept in reserve had already rooted itself in the dragon's body. Thick, hard layers of earth and stone clung firmly to Rainbow Dragon's torso and flesh, their heavy weight dragging his enormous body down.
Qingxiao's arms locked around the dragon's head like iron bands, his body braced firmly against the neck, leaving him no room to turn, break free, or draw his head back to gather power.
The special grade cursed spirit was completely pinned in place. Every means of dodging, maneuvering, and fleeing had failed. He could only watch as the deadly suction of nothingness drew closer and engulfed him.
Satoru Gojo knew perfectly well that he still could not control a maximum-output "Blue." Once he began charging it, he could neither move quickly nor freely adjust the cursed technique's angle.
He hovered in the air, his white hair whipping in the wind, his aim fixed firmly on Rainbow Dragon, whom Qingxiao had locked down and the earth and stone had trapped immobile.
Extreme suction erupted. The entire stretch of air instantly collapsed. Bound by earth and stone with his head locked in place, Rainbow Dragon had no way to dodge or flee. He could only take the fully charged Blue head-on!
