Chapter Summaries

Chingetsu stopped the Village Chief and Ueda from stealing his money, then killed them after they tried to murder him. He freed the imprisoned sisters and invited them to come home with him.

• Chingetsu showed the Village Chief a case full of cash, and the Village Chief silently ordered Ueda to kill him and take it.
• Killer Queen restrained Ueda, and Chingetsu seized Ueda’s hammer and smashed both of his feet.
• Chingetsu split Ueda in two and killed the Village Chief after mocking his greed and cruelty.
• Chingetsu went to the Village Chief’s house, erased part of the cage holding the two sisters, and invited them to come home with him.

Chingetsu rescued Nanako and Mimiko, arranged their adoption, and took them shopping for new clothes while Shiki planned to attack his bar with a skeletal army. The chapter ended as Yu Haibara prepared to thank Kento Nanami with a meal at a sushi restaurant.

Yu Haibara fought a powerful mackerel cursed spirit that trapped him in an alley and nearly ate him. Satoru Gojo and Kento Nanami arrived just as Haibara was captured.

• Yu Haibara spotted the mackerel cursed spirit emerging from the Sushi Restaurant sign and lured it into an alley to keep it away from the crowd.
• Yu Haibara escaped its grasping arms and fought back, but the cursed spirit took his phone and grew four additional arms after he broke one of its limbs.
• The mackerel cursed spirit restrained Yu Haibara and dragged him toward its mouth, declaring that it wanted wasabi.
• Satoru Gojo and Kento Nanami arrived, and Yu Haibara realized he was still alive.

Satoru Gojo stopped a Zenin Clan assassination attempt on Yu Haibara and Kento Nanami, while the clan’s agents considered hiring Toji Fushiguro to deal with him. After warning his juniors that humans were also their enemies, Gojo left with Haibara and Nanami; elsewhere, Chingetsu encountered a bald man who coveted Mimiko and Nanako’s cursed energy.

• Satoru Gojo sensed the person controlling the mackerel cursed spirit and frightened Zenin Clan agent Shadow One into fleeing.
• Shadow Two told Shadow One to report back and said he would contact Toji Fushiguro, while Shadow One would investigate Yusuke Zenin’s mysterious death.
• Gojo explained that someone had tamed the mackerel cursed spirit and crushed it beneath his foot, warning Yu Haibara and Kento Nanami to grow stronger because their enemies included humans.

Chingetsu protected Nanako and Mimiko from a Bald-Headed Man and corrupt Street Patrol officers, then destroyed them with his Stand and took the sisters to an inn. Nanako and Mimiko grew more trusting of him, while Yu Haibara struggled to pay for a meal after competing with Satoru Gojo.

• The Bald-Headed Man tried to take Nanako and Mimiko, but Chingetsu struck him, caught his cursed-tool baton, and crushed it.
• The Bald-Headed Man summoned three Street Patrol officers, who pointed their guns at Chingetsu, but Chingetsu used The Hand to cut their pistols apart.
• Chingetsu took Nanako and Mimiko away and detonated Killer Queen: Second Bomb behind them, engulfing their attackers in an explosion.
• At the inn, Mimiko told Nanako that Chingetsu was a good person, while Nanako worried that she was too weak to help him.

Satoru Gojo sent Kento Nanami and Yu Haibara to investigate disappearances at a hospital, warning them that curse users might be involved while he watched from afar. Nanami and Haibara reached the basement, where Nanami discovered a gruesome trail of fresh blood and body parts.

• Kento Nanami paid the restaurant bill after Satoru Gojo had no cash, and Gojo received a mission call from Masamichi Yaga.
• Satoru Gojo persuaded Kento Nanami and Yu Haibara to join him on a hospital mission, promising to teach Nanami Black Flash afterward.
• Satoru Gojo explained that people had vanished from the hospital, cursed residue had been erased, and curse users might be involved, then left Nanami and Haibara to investigate while he observed.

Yu Haibara and Kento Nanami found a monstrous mass assembled from human remains and fought it as it released poisonous gas. Nanami decided they needed to kill it in one strike and prepared to behead it while Haibara distracted it.

• Yu Haibara became enraged at the mutilated bodies, but Kento Nanami calmed him and suspected a curse user was responsible.
• Yu Haibara and Kento Nanami followed a trail of blood to a basement room, where they found a flesh monster stitched from human remains.
• Kento Nanami attacked the monster and concluded its head might be its weak point, but the stitched heads burst and filled the room with poison gas.
• Kento Nanami and Yu Haibara retreated as Nanami used cursed energy to hold the poison back.
• Kento Nanami told Yu Haibara to distract the monster, covered his eyes against the gas, and prepared to kill it with one slash.

Yu Haibara held the monster in place so Kento Nanami could kill it, but a Curse User named Hayato Zenin emerged from the corpse and attacked them. Nanami was nearly out of Cursed Energy as he faced Hayato, who noticed his exhaustion.

• Yu Haibara drew the monster's attention and held it back while Kento Nanami charged his attack.
• Kento Nanami used Ratio Technique: Collapse to behead the monster, and a hidden Earwig Shikigami burst from its corpse.
• Hayato Zenin appeared, tore into the Earwig Shikigami, and attacked Nanami and Haibara with its remains.
• Kento Nanami pulled Yu Haibara clear, identified Hayato as a Curse User, and clashed with him using his short blade.
• Hayato Zenin recognized that Kento Nanami was nearly out of Cursed Energy.

Satoru Gojo arrived just as Hayato Zenin was about to kill Kento Nanami, forcing Hayato to sacrifice himself and summon a monstrous spider shikigami. Gojo defeated the creature effortlessly, leaving Nanami and Yu Haibara alive while the spider Hayato was torn apart by Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue.

• Satoru Gojo threw Hayato Zenin into a wall and revealed himself to Hayato, Kento Nanami, and Yu Haibara.
• Hayato Zenin crushed his own heart to activate Reverse Sacrifice and transform into a giant spider shikigami.
• The spider Hayato attacked Gojo with blood-red silk, but the strands stopped before reaching him.
• Gojo appeared behind the spider Hayato and kicked it off its web, leaving a hole in its abdomen.

Chingetsu arrived at the airport with Mimiko and Nanako, where Toji Fushiguro targeted him after noticing his lack of cursed energy. The chapter ended as Toji confronted Chingetsu and Suguru Geto, who summoned Rainbow Dragon to face him.
