"The Fifth Division has sent word that they came under attack by Impure World Reincarnation Ninja led by Deidara and Sasori of the Red Sands!"
At the sudden report, Shihōin Naraku looked up at the intelligence officer. "How is the battle going?"
"Has Mifune sent a detailed battle report?"
"No!"
"But the Fifth Division has provided additional intelligence. They've confirmed the identities of some of the other Impure World Reincarnation Ninja!"
"Speak!"
"The enemy includes Hanzō of Amegakure, Chiyo of Iwagakure, and others. They're still identifying the remaining Impure World Reincarnation Ninja!"
The intelligence officer quickly finished relaying the intelligence the Fifth Division had sent back to headquarters.
Naraku studied the map thoughtfully. "Deidara specializes in aerial combat, while Hanzō and Chiyo specialize in poison. This won't be an easy battle for Mifune."
"Should I head out to help?"
Tsunade raised an eyebrow and looked at Shihōin Naraku.
Hanzō and Chiyo were both experts in poison. The slightest carelessness could lead to enormous casualties among the Allied Shinobi Forces.
Tsunade, meanwhile, was highly skilled at counteracting poison. If she went to support the Fifth Division, she could certainly reduce the Allied Shinobi Forces' casualties.
Naraku pondered Tsunade's suggestion for a few seconds, but shook his head and declined. "There's no need to rush just yet. The Fifth Division has no shortage of Medical Ninja."
"And don't forget, Teacher, before the war broke out, we considered the possibility that the enemy might resurrect poison experts like Hanzō and Chiyo. We specifically developed some antidotes based on the poisons they used during their lives."
"The Fifth Division is carrying a batch of those antidotes right now, though they might not have many."
Tsunade froze after hearing Naraku's explanation. She genuinely hadn't known about this.
"Why didn't anyone tell me?"
