Who was stronger now, Naruto Uzumaki or Sasuke Uchiha?
Black Zetsu might have thought Sasuke was stronger. After all, he had mastered Space-Time Ninjutsu, which was why Kaguya Ōtsutsuki had gone after Naruto.
But in Naraku's view, Naruto was still a little stronger than Sasuke now.
After all, Sasuke had yet to absorb the other Tailed Beasts' chakra and enter his strongest state.
