Although the Core Dimension had descended into an apocalyptic scene, it was still some way from total collapse, which allowed it to keep Kaguya trapped here.
Not long after Naraku left, the sealing jutsu formula was completed.
Kaguya and Black Zetsu were both fully sealed within the Planetary Devastation, with no possibility of escape.
The Fourth Shinobi World War came to a close.
Of course, that only meant the battle between the Allied Shinobi Forces and Kaguya's camp had ended.
With other ideas and plans in mind, Sasuke was destined to fight Naruto once more, but Naraku would not get involved.
If the two wanted to fight, they could do as they pleased. Given Naraku's strength, if he got involved, Sasuke would have absolutely no chance of surviving.
After all, unlike Naruto, Naraku would not go soft on Sasuke.
If Sasuke truly angered him during the fight, Naraku might kill him.
