"What!"
Black Zetsu cried out in shock, "Even the Mind's Eye of the Kagura can't sense him? How is that possible!"
"I still have training to do. Don't bother me unless there's something important. I don't care what happens to the Five Great Nations, and I don't care what happens to the Uchiha Clan.
Come find me when White Zetsu finds Hyuga Taichi."
"Understood! I'll find him as soon as possible."
Black Zetsu was irritated. Why was the Shinobi World becoming more and more different? Not only were Mangekyō Sharingan appearing as though they were being sold wholesale, but even the Hyuga Clan had started growing stronger.
However irritated he was, he still had to do what needed doing. This was the closest he had ever come to the plan's success, and he would not allow it to fail.
Black Zetsu would not stop monitoring the Five Great Nations either. After all, the plan was at stake, and even a minor oversight could cause its failure.
No one knew what the various nations' Daimyō and Kage had discussed. It was just that the nations suddenly seemed to be at peace. There was one thing Konoha's spies found rather strange, though: every nation's Jinchūriki seemed to have been confined, except Shukaku.
Even the Third Mizukage had disappeared from public view, with Genji handling all of Kirigakure's administrative affairs.
The Third Hokage was somewhat puzzled, but the nations' envoys were still discussing the Ninja Academy, so he did not pay it too much attention.
Uchiha Yan knew even less about these matters. Since awakening his Mangekyō Sharingan, he had not left the village, and with nothing much happening, he had not sought out White Zetsu.
He believed that if anything really did happen in the other ninja villages, either the Third Hokage
