Uchiha Yan picked up a scroll from his bedside, tucked it into his clothes, and headed for the Hokage Building.
On the way, Uchiha Yan ran into Boruto, who was looking around in a panic.
Uchiha Yan walked up and patted his shoulder, startling Boruto into a cry.
"Seen a ghost? Weren't you supposed to be studying with the Hyuga Clan?"
"Send me back! I can't stay here anymore! My mom isn't human!"
Boruto gripped Uchiha Yan's arms tightly, his eyes filled with panic:
"Hokage, send me back now! Mom's gone crazy! She wants to eat me!"
"Do you even hear what you're saying?"
"It's true! Every night, she makes me take a bath with all these wild vegetables in it. As she adds them, she says this will make sure the flavor soaks in.
"If I refuse, she knocks me out with one palm strike. I can't even escape."
"Heh, heh, heh!"
Uchiha Yan laughed. "Those are medicinal herbs. You're not the only one soaking in them. Most ninja in Konoha do it. The rich just do it more often, and those without money do it less.
"They can increase the yang energy in your body. Soaking a little more is good for you."
"You're not lying to me?"
"Would I get paid for lying to you? Neji's coming. Study hard with him."
"Master!"
Neji bowed respectfully. "The clan head sent me to ask whose child this is, and why he has the Hyuga Clan's bloodline."
"Didn't I tell you?"
"No!"
Uchiha Yan gave the answer without a second thought. Hinata and Naruto in this world probably wouldn't end up together. It would be good enough if they didn't fight.
"He came from a parallel world. He's Hinata and Naruto's son, so he has both Uzumaki and Hyuga blood.
