The Sage of Six Paths looked down and discovered flames suddenly springing from his chest, his eyes filled with disbelief.
The flames then grew larger and larger, scorching even his soul.
"Not good!"
The Sage of Six Paths' expression changed drastically. He knew that if this continued, his soul really would be utterly destroyed, just as Uchiha Yan had said.
At that thought, the Sage of Six Paths formed hand seals to separate his soul from his body, then waved the staff in his right hand, taking Hamura and the others' souls back to the Pure Land.
"How did someone as stupid as you produce someone as smart as me? As expected, the mother's intelligence is the key to a child's intelligence."
Indra waved his sleeve to extinguish the flames on the Sage of Six Paths' body, then sealed the five Tailed Beasts inside it.
Then Indra sat down cross-legged. "Old man, once I resurrect Grandmother, I'll come looking for you. Let's see where you can hide then.
"Burning Heaven, Boiling Sea works in the Pure Land too. I hope you won't run when the time comes.
