Rasa slowly rose to his feet and walked up to Uchiha Yan.
"Everything you've said will take time to verify. If you want a deal, show me Konoha's sincerity."
Uchiha Yan inwardly breathed a sigh of relief. As long as there was room for discussion, this was halfway done, and his plan could proceed smoothly.
Sunagakure's most pressing problem was still Shukaku, but he did not think he could persuade Shukaku. He had proposed the deal intending to wait until Sunagakure agreed, then write to the Third Hokage and have him give Sunagakure any old Sealing Jutsu.

"Do you even hear yourself? That's an embodiment of evil, and Sunagakure has kept him sealed for decades. Do you honestly think that's possible?"
"It is! Why wouldn't it be? The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Compared to his decades of hatred for Sunagakure, Shukaku has an obsession stretching back thousands of years.
"Come on! Let's first go meet that child who has always been deeply loved by his mother."
