"Hahahahaha-"
The Green Dragon King's laughter rang through the entire valley, shaking loose stones from the rock walls.
"Hogniaki isn't here!" He landed on the largest lava platform, pressing his enormous claws against the edge of the Fire Dragon King's lair. "This Fire Dragon Valley ought to be renamed Green Dragon Valley!"
Dozens of green dragons spread their wings overhead, blotting out half the sky.
"Little ones." The Green Dragon King raised his head toward the fire dragons circling above. "Your king isn't here, so-are you ready to die?"
The moment he finished speaking, the dozens of green dragons overhead opened their mouths in unison.
Barrage after barrage of ice arrows shot out.
To the enormous green dragons, those were "ice arrows," but to Loa, each one was a full three meters long and as thick as a pillar-a terrifying frost javelin.
The fire dragons refused to be outdone.
Dozens of fire dragons opened their mouths together, spitting huge fireballs up at the green dragons above.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!
Fireballs collided with ice arrows in midair, bursting into clouds of white mist. Those were no ordinary fireballs-the dragon flames spewed by Level Eight fire dragons were frighteningly hot, probably hot enough to burn through even a Level Seven Velociraptor's armor. Nor was that ordinary ice-the green dragons' Frost Breath froze everything.
The sky above the entire valley erupted into fireworks.
Loa huddled in a crack in the rocks, barely daring to breathe. However fiercely magical beasts fought one another, they would prioritize concentrating their attacks on a human if they spotted one.
Wangcai went even further, burying his head in Loa's arms with his rump sticking up, looking for all the world as though he believed, "I can't see myself, so if I can't see myself, I'll be fine."
