Behind the counter, Yana was sorting through the day's mission booklets. Her long purple hair fell over her shoulders, matching her long purple dress quite well.
When she looked up and saw the familiar purple-haired young man walk in, she set down her booklet and smiled.
"Lord Qilin, what mission are you planning to take this time?"
For the past twenty years, Loa and Wangcai had always come and gone from the Demon Castle together, taking and completing missions side by side. Yana had grown used to seeing the two of them walk in together.
With only Wangcai here today, Yana actually felt a little unaccustomed to it.
Over those twenty years, Wangcai had also completely fused his Lightning Judgment and Thunder Element Profound Mystery.
Together with his Auspiciousness innate ability, that had comfortably earned him a Four-Star Fiend rating.
Honestly, that Auspiciousness ability was simply unfair. With Wangcai at the Middle God level, Soul Attacks from anyone below Paragon were basically no more than a tickle to him.
Beirut had personally said that in all his years, he had never seen such an outrageous divine beast ability.
Once Wangcai became a Highgod, even a Paragon's Soul Attack would probably feel little different from a mosquito bite.
Better still, he could share this ability with Loa through their soul contract, effectively giving Loa a lesser version of a soul-defense Sovereign Artifact for free. This was also one of the reasons Loa dared to go wherever he pleased in the Netherworld.
If an opportunity arose in the future to equip Wangcai with a physical-defense Sovereign Artifact, he really would be able to go wherever he pleased beneath the Sovereigns.
