Background / History
Arrival at Nuoding Academy
Ning Rongrong’s father sent her out to experience ordinary people’s lives. She arrived at Nuoding Academy in a lavish sect carriage with twenty Soul Saint guards, but insisted on entering alone. Although she described the academy as a “dump,” she maintained that she had come to endure hardship 17.
She was immediately attracted to Yi Yun’s appearance and relaxed confidence. After Tang San described his strength as unfathomable, she asked to become his disciple. Yi Yun enhanced her Glazed Staff, revealed his level-ninety-nine cultivation, and demonstrated his power. Convinced, she eagerly called him “big brother” and privately resolved to win his affection 17.
Training and Matchmaking
Yi Yun began teaching her Standing Stake after she rejected Radio Calisthenics as too ugly. She also volunteered to learn gardening alongside Tang San, helping turn soil, sow spirit-plant seeds, and carry water despite struggling with the work 18 20.
