Because of that slight sense of guilt toward Shiina Mashiro, Rita decided to finish what she needed to do as quickly as possible, so she took out her phone.
"Shiro, strike a cat pose..."
Rita guided Shiina Mashiro into a slightly suggestive pose, then held up her phone and began looking for a good angle to take pictures.
Sure enough... compared to that tiny bit of guilt, she felt far more excitement. Shiro was white, and white symbolized purity as well as a color that was easy to alter. Dyeing pure Shiro in her own color gave her an irresistible sense of accomplishment.
But they were out in public after all, and Rita had no intention of leaving Shiina Mashiro like that for long. After taking several satisfactory photos, she prepared to remove the collar around her neck!
But just as Rita reached out, a middle-aged man's voice suddenly came from nearby. "You three up ahead, what are you doing?"
Hearing the shout, Rita froze, then immediately turned around to look behind her. It was... two patrolling police officers.
One of them was older, seemingly in his forties. He was the one who had called out to them. Beside him stood a young man in his twenties, who was tugging at the middle-aged officer's arm with a conflicted expression, as if trying to stop him.

The middle-aged officer paid no attention to the young man's words or actions. He forcefully shook off the young man's hand and strode toward the three of them.
As the officer approached, Rita frowned. Her expression remained calm, but who knew what she was thinking.
"You..."
The middle-aged officer stared at the collar around Shiina Mashiro's neck, and his expression involuntarily turned even uglier.
"What are you doing?!"
