A white-feathered falcon flew down from high above and landed before the main hall. Seeing it, Jin Peng stepped forward and removed a secret letter from its talon.
"Flender is dead?"
Jin Peng raised an eyebrow at the letter's contents.
"Tang Hao actually appeared. What a pity... if he'd discovered it a little later, Flender would already have brought Tang San here."
"Hmm? Tang San appeared at Heaven Dou Royal Academy?"
Reading further, Jin Peng narrowed his eyes. "Interesting. Is the Heaven Dou Empire trying to enter the ring against our Body Sect?"
"No, they probably reached some sort of agreement with Tang Hao..."
The Body Sect gathered intelligence on the upper ranks of both empires, so Jin Peng knew Xue Ye fairly well.
Xue Ye was no wise ruler of grand vision and great talent, but neither was he stupid.
All one could say was that his ambitions outstripped his abilities!

"Forget it. Who cares what he's thinking?"
Jin Peng shook his head. "If he dares let Heaven Dou Royal Academy take Tang San in, he'll have to face the consequences."

Soon, a disciple hurried inside.

The disciple acknowledged the order and hurried away.
Within the time it took to drink a cup of tea, two figures appeared at the hall entrance.
"Old Jin, you wanted us?"
"Hahaha, craving a drink and looking for us two to join you?"
