Lan Changsheng rescued Ah Yin, confronted Spirit Hall, and helped Tang San and Dugu Bo’s family find new paths. As Spirit Hall moved to suppress Blue Silver Grass soul masters, Lan Changsheng and Dugu Bo began planning a response that could protect them and challenge Spirit Hall’s influence.

• Lan Changsheng found Tang Hao and revealed that he could bring Ah Yin back, then took her seed and helped it sprout as she called him “Brother.”
• Lan Changsheng told Tang San about Ah Yin and Spirit Hall’s role in her sacrifice, awakened Tang San’s Blue Silver Emperor bloodline, and offered to help him seek revenge.
• Lan Changsheng killed Chrysanthemum Douluo and fought Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu, while Ah Yin chose to form an Oath of Protection with him and restore his stolen abilities.
• Lan Changsheng challenged Yu Xiaogang’s theories, encouraged Tang San to choose his own path, and gave him Ah Yin’s seed and a Lovesick Heartbreak Red for Xiao Wu.
• Lan Changsheng treated Dugu Bo’s poison by forming a venom sac, then worked with him to restore the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and help Dugu Yan transform her Martial Soul into the Life Dragon Snake.
• Tang San and Xiao Wu left Nuoding Academy with Yu Xiaogang for Shrek Academy after Tang Hao warned Tang San to conceal his Blue Silver Emperor Martial Soul.
• After learning that Spirit Hall planned to control Blue Silver Grass soul masters, Lan Changsheng agreed with Dugu Bo that they should protect those soul masters and challenge Spirit Hall’s influence.

Lan Changsheng battled Bibi Dong to protect Tang San and stop Spirit Hall’s attack on Blue Silver Grass, while Dugu Bo defended Ah Yin and the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well against successive Spirit Hall forces. The arc ended with the Dragon Kings bound by Lan Changsheng’s bargain and Bai Wen attempting to negotiate with Dugu Bo as energy rippled from the spring.

• Lan Changsheng freed Blue Silver Grass Soul Masters and deepened his understanding of the Law of Life as he observed human life and the natural world.
• Tang Hao protected Tang San, Xiao Wu, and Yu Xiaogang from Spirit Hall’s pursuit, while Tang San and Xiao Wu defeated a Soul Master sent after them.
• Dugu Bo drove off Spirit Hall’s squad at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, and Ah Yin created the poison Cold Ember Severed Thoughts to help defend the valley.
• Lan Changsheng intercepted Bibi Dong, fought her, and restored the life she had drained, leaving her powerless and securing an end to the order to exterminate Blue Silver Grass.
• Spirit Hall forces attacked Dugu Bo, who used his poison to strip Tang Zong of his Martial Soul before collapsing and being healed by Ah Yin and Lan Changsheng.
• Dugu Bo fled Spirit Hall’s Titled Douluo, but the Dragon Kings’ pressure knocked the attackers unconscious and Ah Yin brought Dugu Bo back toward the well.
• Lan Changsheng confronted the Dragon Kings over their attempt to bind Ah Yin’s Divine Soul and offered them a chance at revival if they guarded the valley and protected her.
• Bai Wen offered Dugu Bo terms for the release of Spirit Hall’s captives and the poison formula, but Dugu Bo refused as energy rippled from the spring.

Lan Changsheng completed his Second Trial, intervened when Spirit Hall targeted Tang San, and defended Dugu Yan from imperial scrutiny. At Shrek Academy, Ning Rongrong and Oscar joined the students, while Chen Xin sought Lan Changsheng’s guidance after losing to Tang Hao.

• Lan Changsheng negotiated Dugu Bo’s captives’ release from Bai Wen, then helped Dugu Yan absorb a Shadow Python Soul Bone and Azure Fallen Radiance, connecting her to the Python’s soul.
• Tang San and Xiao Wu’s mission against Red Boars led them to a village that had poisoned and hunted them, and Tang San killed the villagers after learning they had refined a boar cub into medicine.
• Lan Changsheng restored Sunset Forest and completed his Second Trial, then rescued Tang San and Xiao Wu from Chi Heng and another Titled Douluo after Spirit Hall used a fake bounty to ambush them.
• Lan Changsheng found Dugu Yan ostracized at her academy, confronted the imperial court with the animated gilded swan, and prompted Emperor Xue Ye to punish those who had targeted her.
• Chen Xin met Oscar and Ning Rongrong on the journey to Shrek Academy, protected Oscar from bandits, and brought him along after refusing to take him as a disciple.
• Ning Rongrong and Oscar joined Shrek Academy, where Tang Hao fought Chen Xin and defeated him with the Great Sumeru Hammer.
• Lan Changsheng stopped a sword-charged stone from hitting Oscar, then accepted Chen Xin’s request for instruction and blocked his first two attacks before thrusting a Blue Silver longsword at him.

Lan Changsheng helped Tang San and Xiao Wu learn the Iron-Armed Azure Ape’s force technique, while Tang San led a dangerous mission against Black Wind Stronghold. Lan Changsheng gathered willing Soul Beast souls into the Symbiosis Tower and began searching for suitable crystal to house them.

• Lan Changsheng restored Chen Xin’s resolve, and the group shared a meal before the children fell asleep at the table.
• Lan Changsheng healed the Iron-Armed Azure Ape and arranged for him to teach Tang San and Xiao Wu how to channel force through their bodies and weapons.
• Tang San and Xiao Wu practiced Layered Shock with the Iron-Armed Azure Ape, gradually learning to control their muscles and transmit force through the Clear Sky Hammer and Xiao Wu’s legs.
• Tang Hao took Tang San and Xiao Wu to Shrek Academy, where Flender assigned Tang San to lead a squad against Black Wind Stronghold.
• Tang San and Zhao Wuji led the Soul Masters through ambushes and into the stronghold, where the Wind Wolf Squad trapped Zhao Wuji and the Chief’s blood formation turned the battle against them.
• Tang San and Zhao Wuji fought the Chief and his forces as the Other Shore Flower drained the stronghold, and Zhao Wuji helped survivors escape, and the Chief’s formation collapsed.
• Lan Changsheng created the Symbiosis Tower to gather Soul Beast souls, honored the Purple Cloud Deer’s choice to depart, and reunited the Iron-Armed Azure Ape with three of his fallen companions.
• Lan Changsheng retrieved the Other Shore Flower seed and resumed Tang San and Xiao Wu’s training, then searched for ore that could safely house Soul Spirits and found a promising crystal vein that required cleansing.
