The shuttle slammed into its docking cradle, and two soft clicks came from its belly.

Chen Mo released his grip on the hull and looked down from his upside-down position. Two ground crew members were pushing an access ladder over, gesturing toward the hatch as they walked.

Peter clung to the other side and crawled along the shuttle's belly toward Chen Mo. He held up two fingers, then pointed at the guns on the ground crew's belts. Chen Mo nodded. Each spider extended an arm, sending webbing past the landing gear to stick to the holsters.

The ground crew reached for their waists, but their guns were yanked up. Chen Mo flipped down from beneath the shuttle, grabbed one by the collar, and swung him through half a turn. The back of the man's head struck the access ladder. The metal ladder swayed, and Chen Mo steadied it.

Chen Mo was already pushing the access ladder, turning it sideways in front of the shuttle. Two armed guards came down from the cabin, their guns aimed at Peter. Chen Mo kicked the axle beneath the ladder, sending the entire metal frame rolling into their shins on the steps.

The guards toppled down. Peter flicked his wrist, binding their arms to the ladder frame with webbing. Chen Mo ran past the shuttle and sent the location of the open hangar to the Team Channel.
