Ch. 741A Chuan Wanted to Go Undercover

Ye Qiyan discussed Abyss’s escape and the growing danger from False Gods with Zhuxing Tu, who warned that Space had set its sights on him. She then asked whether A Chuan should go undercover in the newly founded Heavenly Realm Organization, leaving Zhuxing Tu reflecting on why she trusted Ye Qiyan’s judgment.

  • Zhuxing Tu told Ye Qiyan that Abyss was likely searching for a way back to the Abyss Realm and that the False Gods had grown stronger in the Wasteland.
  • Zhuxing Tu warned Ye Qiyan that Space had set its sights on him and asked to trade for his Thirteenth Fate Card, but he denied having it.
  • Zhuxing Tu asked Ye Qiyan to choose whether A Chuan should go undercover in the Heavenly Realm Organization in the City of a Thousand Stars.
  • Ye Qiyan ended the chat after Zhuxing Tu explained she wanted to keep A Chuan from joining because she liked having someone she could trick into working for her.
  • Zhuxing Tu thanked Ye Qiyan and told Astrology practitioner she trusted him more than Fate’s whispers because a bad fate had to be resisted.

Ch. 742Grace's Decision

Lu Jiayun confirmed that Fang Cheng had returned and planned to use him to trouble the Ancient Council, while Grace chose to leave for the Nation on the Ship to help Lu Jiayun pursue their goal of going home. Meanwhile, Ye Qiyan spent several days avoiding Platform Worlds, maintaining the Train, and playing games with his companions before the rain stopped.

  • Lu Jiayun ordered Batos to verify reports that Fang Cheng was alive and said he hoped to draw Fang Cheng into confronting Mr. Order and the Ancient Council.
  • Batos confirmed that Fang Cheng had visited the city and then left for the Wasteland, and Lu Jiayun told him not to waste Items pursuing him.
  • Grace asked Lu Jiayun to send her to the Nation on the Ship so she could take its vacant City Lord position and support his efforts again.
  • Lu Jiayun agreed to send Grace a top-tier Guild and two hundred high-level combatants, and Grace urged him to keep striving to return home.
  • Ye Qiyan traveled through the Wasteland for several days without entering a Platform World, organized supplies, had Bedivere repair the Train's island platform, and played games with his companions.
  • Red Tears told Ye Qiyan that the rain had stopped.

Ch. 743The forty-ninth stop: Black Death's Stiff Wind

After the rain ended, Ye Qiyan chose the dangerous Level 9 platform Black Death's Stiff Wind for his forty-ninth stop. He arrived in a desert town where plague-marked skeletons attacked his train, and the assault was only beginning.

  • Ye Qiyan entered the next platform after the special rain stopped and chose Black Death's Stiff Wind over the Lifestyle Platform Candy Valley.
  • The System warned Ye Qiyan that the stop was dangerous and revealed that a special Hidden Quest was available.
  • Ye Qiyan sent WALL-E out to search for treasure while the Nanite Beedrill gathered intelligence around the train.
  • Ye Qiyan saw a ruined desert town filled with black-spotted skeletal remains and suspected a plague had struck it.
  • A skeleton attacked the train, but the Wealth Shield blocked it and Eve shot it down.
  • Countless skeletons rose from the sand and launched an attack on Ye Qiyan's train.

Ch. 744The Black Death Plague

Ye Qiyan and his companions purged the Skeleton Monsters covering the desert, then discovered that the nearby town was infected by the Black Death Plague. After investigating a dormant infected corpse, Ye Qiyan drew the attention of a remnant True God, which appeared before him through a black-and-red door.

  • Ye Qiyan let Eve gather targets before using the Pure Purification Stone to destroy the Skeleton Monsters and reveal the bones buried beneath the desert.
  • Eve felt dejected over failing to detect the buried skeletons, but Ye Qiyan comforted her while Lisette pulled her away from him.
  • Ye Qiyan sent the Nanite Swarm and Demon Ravens to search the ruined town, where a Demon Raven found a recent corpse covered in black spots.
  • Ye Qiyan identified the corpse as a dormant carrier of the Black Death Plague, and Eve killed it after it awakened and lunged at him.
  • Ye Qiyan questioned Miatila about divinity and concluded that a True God’s remnants were present in the Platform World.
  • The sun turned black and red, and a black door appeared as a voice accused Ye Qiyan of finding it too quickly and asked whether it was really stupid.

Ch. 745The foolish/naive Abyss

Ye Qiyan confronted [Abyss], who admitted to arranging his arrival at the Platform World to capture him through a staged trial. Seeing how fearful and naive [Abyss] had become, Ye Qiyan baited them from behind their gate, leaving their encounter unresolved.

  • [Abyss] recalled how their past attempts to capture humans, including Ye Qiyan, had failed and questioned whether they were truly stupid.
  • Ye Qiyan prepared his Demon Cards, Anchor, weapons, and Gate to the Dead Realm before taunting [Abyss] from behind the gate to the Abyss Realm.
  • [Abyss] insisted they had not come to capture Ye Qiyan and refused to leave their home or send out more Abyss Lifeforms.
  • [Abyss] admitted they had made a deal with Ye Qiyan's system to direct him to this station and arrange a trial that would make him owe them a favor.
  • Ye Qiyan told [Abyss] that their stupidity had made them easy to discover.

Ch. 746His Ordeal

Ye Qiyan learned how Abyss was ambushed by Water Ice and trapped away from his realm, then negotiated over Abyss’s demand that he kill the gods of Space and Fate. Abyss offered a portion of his authority, but Ye Qiyan insisted on a more tangible reward.

  • Ye Qiyan used Bewitchment and Rebellion to make Abyss explain what had happened to him.
  • Abyss recounted how he left his realm to capture a Starry Sky Behemoth and Water Ice pierced the Abyss Realm while he was gone.
  • Abyss said the gods of Space and Fate helped trap him in a world of radiance and hope, where his power and authority were devoured.
  • Abyss explained that he had traded with Ye Qiyan’s Train System to return to his realm and regain control of his power.
  • Abyss asked Ye Qiyan to kill the gods of Space and Fate within a hundred Wasteland Years, offering a portion of his authority.
  • Ye Qiyan called the reward insufficient and demanded something tangible.

Ch. 747You're Such a Good Person!

Ye Qiyan negotiated with Abyss for an item to help oppose the High Gods, then discovered the system had invited her to become a Train Conductor. As Abyss prepared to travel in a borrowed body, Ye Qiyan suspected its hidden will could merge with hers and gave her the name Shen Yuan.

  • Ye Qiyan demanded an item from Abyss in exchange for helping her, and she sent him the Level 12 Stone Temperance, which could stagnate divine faith.
  • The system sent Abyss a Train Conductor friend request, and Ye Qiyan realized it was encouraging her to join the conductors.
  • Abyss said she would seal away her true body and realm, then travel as a mind and soul inhabiting a blue-haired girl’s body.
  • Ye Qiyan used Rebellion × Bewitchment on the girl and sensed that her dormant consciousness might merge with Abyss and influence her loyalties.
  • Abyss asked Ye Qiyan for a name, and he named her Shen Yuan.

Ch. 748The Abyss's departure

Ye Qiyan watched the Abyss withdraw from the world, then resumed his journey toward the red marker and its suspected plague-and-zombie mystery. Elsewhere, Mo Shi learned that the Abyss had become a Train Conductor and eagerly anticipated meeting it.

  • The Abyss left through the doorway after telling Ye Qiyan it would become a Train Conductor and asking to contact him for advice.
  • Ye Qiyan waited for the doorway to close, put away his Card Sequences, and examined the powerful fish sealed inside the Stone Pillar.
  • Ye Qiyan boarded the train and set off toward the red marker, suspecting the next Platform World involved plague, zombies, and the Black Death.
  • On Fog Bridge, Mo Shi used Black Shadow People to fight Frogmen while her Treasure-Hunting Robot searched for treasure.
  • Mo Shi received the update that the Abyss had become Train Conductor A-0-1 and would share her First Block.
  • Mo Shi guessed the Abyss had chosen E-3 because of Ye Qiyan and told the system she looked forward to teaching the Abyss a lesson.

Ch. 749The man in the Outpost Observation Station

Wang Hao spotted Ye Qiyan’s train approaching the ruins and tried to warn the Fourth Shelter, fearing the slaughter he had witnessed decades earlier. Ye Qiyan stopped the train after Wang Hao deliberately revealed himself, and Wang Hao walked toward it despite the danger.

  • At the Morudo Outpost Observation Station, Wang Hao noticed the overdue supplies and recorded that the skeletons still filled the surrounding desert.
  • Wang Hao saw Ye Qiyan’s train, tried to contact the Fourth Shelter, and prepared to leave on foot after discovering the telephone line was broken.
  • Wang Hao hid in a ruined building when Ye Qiyan’s train turned toward the shelter, then ran back outside to draw its attention away from it.
  • Eve aimed a weapon at Wang Hao, but Ye Qiyan stopped her and brought the train to a halt.
  • Ye Qiyan waved to Wang Hao from the train, and Wang Hao approached it after taking off his protective suit.

Ch. 750A meaningless shelter

Ye Qiyan reached the Fourth Shelter after Wang Hao revealed its location and learned that it held humanity’s last survivors. He opened the underground shelter with a slash, discovered its inhabitants were killing one another, and ordered it destroyed.

  • Wang Hao approached Ye Qiyan’s train and tried to stall him, but Eve fired a warning shot and Ye Qiyan saw through his intentions.
  • Ye Qiyan questioned Wang Hao, who revealed that the Fourth Shelter lay thirty kilometers ahead and housed over twenty thousand people.
  • Wang Hao explained that the shelter’s residents used rune papers to evade the Black Death Plague’s Skeleton Monsters.
  • Ye Qiyan followed the red marker on the Sand Table and cut through the earth, exposing the shelter a thousand meters underground.
  • Ye Qiyan saw that the surviving humans had blood-drawn X marks on their faces and were killing one another while zombies fed on human remains.
  • Ye Qiyan ordered his forces to dispose of everyone and dismantle the shelter for its metal.

Ch. 751Hidden quest: The doctor wearing a raven mask?

Ye Qiyan’s legion destroyed the shelter and defeated the Black Death Corpse King, while he recovered a powerful sun furnace core for Nephthys. He then triggered a hidden quest to eliminate the world’s Black Death plague and weighed its reward against using one of his two Vaccine Mouse charges.

  • Ye Qiyan’s Mechanical Legion overwhelmed the shelter’s defenders, and the Raven Demon dismantled the shelter and retrieved its miniature Dyson sphere.
  • Lisette hacked open the sphere, revealing a level 9 Purification Sun Furnace Core, which Ye Qiyan gave to Nephthys to take to the Power Supply Carriage.
  • Ye Qiyan’s forces finished off the Black Death Corpse King and collected the shelter’s remaining resources.
  • Ye Qiyan asked the system about the hidden quest and learned that he could eliminate the world’s Black Death plague for an ungraded Black Death Beast Crown.
  • Ye Qiyan considered using one of his Vaccine Mouse charges to save the world, and Miatila assured him that the quest reward exceeded the cost.

Ch. 752Black Death Beast Crown

Ye Qiyan used the potion to send white rats across the Black Death-stricken world, earning the Black Death Beast Crown and giving it to the Demon Raven. After several days of preparations and recovery, WALL-E returned with the stop's most precious treasure, the Judgment Enforcer.

  • Ye Qiyan released the potion's white rats, which devoured the plague, healed infected people, and restored the ruined world as gentle rain fell.
  • The System rewarded Ye Qiyan with the Black Death Beast Crown, an enhancement item linked to the Death Accord and Mo Shi.
  • Ye Qiyan spent one point of Spirit to sever the crown's connection to outside schemes, then let the Demon Raven swallow it and gain the Black Death ability.
  • Over the next several days, Ye Qiyan dismantled the shelter, stored the Sun Furnace Core, sold salvage, and built his Train Coin total to 7,700.
  • WALL-E returned carrying a zombie skull and the Judgment Enforcer, and Ye Qiyan welcomed the Block Robot home.

Ch. 753Leaving the Forty-Ninth Station

Ye Qiyan upgraded a Level 9 Treasure Chest into a Luck Treasure Chest, then left the plague-ravaged station as Wang Hao arrived. Back aboard the train, he decided to sell a Magic Stone to Monrojina and received an immediate reply.

  • WALL-E found a zombie skull that turned out to be a Level 9 Treasure Chest, and Ye Qiyan used Ascension to turn it into a Luck Treasure Chest with a one-third chance of yielding a Level 10 reward.
  • Ye Qiyan considered using Venus's Glance or trading for Zhao Lin's good luck, but decided to leave the station first.
  • Ye Qiyan's Mechs returned to the Arsenal Hangar, and the train departed while the Milky-White Mice continued saving the world.
  • Wang Hao arrived at the ruins, saw the mice devouring the plague, and watched the train leave with a complicated expression.
  • Ye Qiyan noted that he had 7,700 Train Coins and wanted to become the Train Conductor of a Level 20 Train before the fiftieth station, so he messaged Monrojina to sell her a Magic Stone.
  • Monrojina replied within seconds that she was not busy and teased Ye Qiyan for thinking he did not need her help.

Ch. 754The approaching Level 20

Monrojina bought Ye Qiyan’s Magic Stone for three thousand train coins and used it to create a White Cat Spirit before opening the altar to claim her tenth Ritual Card. With his train coin total now at 10,700, Ye Qiyan prepared to attempt his train’s Level 20 ascension.

  • After fighting for half a year in the Level 12 Platform World, Monrojina answered Ye Qiyan and agreed to buy his Magic Stone.
  • Monrojina explained that the stone’s drawback mattered less to her because her Alternate Form Module gave her three synchronized minds, and she paid Ye Qiyan three thousand train coins.
  • Monrojina fed the Magic Stone to a white cat, transformed it into a White Cat Spirit with a Ritual Card, and opened the altar barrier with her Stone Key.
  • Ye Qiyan counted his 10,700 train coins and decided to begin his train’s Level 20 ascension that day despite the stronger Wasteland Monsters he expected to face.

Ch. 755Train Level: 20!!!

Ye Qiyan began another train Ascension, unleashing his train and its monsters against a vast wave of enemies. After Hunt and Eve quickly killed a gigantic whale-like monster, the Ascension succeeded, raising his Train Level to 20.

  • Ye Qiyan prepared for Ascension while Lisette and Mingming assured him they would protect him.
  • Ye Qiyan gathered his Card Sequences in the locomotive, shattered the crown of Corruption, and began the train’s Ascension.
  • Miatila’s protection protocol restricted interference, but enemies sent a massive wave of monsters against the train.
  • A colossal translucent whale-like monster appeared, and Hunt and Eve eliminated it in under ten seconds.
  • Ye Qiyan completed the Ascension, reaching Train Level 20 as his stamina and mental energy nearly ran out.

Ch. 756The Level 20 Special Upgrade Option Shop! Ten Thousand Seven Hundred! The advantage is mine!

Ye Qiyan opened the special upgrade shop unlocked at train level 20 and examined its first three offers. He learned the prices of two new authorities and discovered Miatila had secretly arranged an exclusive module enhancement, while the final card remained unrevealed.

  • Ye Qiyan's train reached level 20 and unlocked the Special Purchase Shop because he had bought every upgrade option before then.
  • Ye Qiyan turned over the first card and found coordinates for one Calamity Card priced at 1,666 Train Coins.
  • Miatila warned Ye Qiyan that the system could no longer provide Card Sequences once his collection approached seven, but could not explain why.
  • Ye Qiyan revealed the second card, which offered Beacon of Memory authority for 3,333 Train Coins, enabling him to create world beacons and revisit cleared worlds.
  • Ye Qiyan turned over the third card, and Miatila corrected its price to 5,555 Train Coins for the Exclusive Module Enhancement Authority.

Ch. 757All the Options

Ye Qiyan examined the upgrade shop’s costly options and bought enhancements for his Anchor and Judgment Enforcer, spending nearly all his Train Coins. He left with only 1,373 coins and the shop still open for one Wasteland month.

  • Ye Qiyan inspected the Exclusive Module Enhancement Authority and learned that Miatila could reveal only its basic function, then returned the card without buying it.
  • Ye Qiyan viewed the Hero Badge, which enhanced the Judgment Enforcer’s Charge ability, and saw that the shop’s full inventory cost 14,331 Train Coins.
  • Ye Qiyan chose the third and fourth options, prioritizing enhancements for his Anchor and Judgment Enforcer.
  • Ye Qiyan spent 9,332 Train Coins on the two options, leaving 1,373 coins stored temporarily in the shop.
  • The five Train Coins generated by the Dragon Card also flowed into the shop, leaving Ye Qiyan nearly broke.

Ch. 758Tonight Was Worth Drinking to His Heart's Content

After reaching Train Level 20, Ye Qiyan unlocked Level 10 Platform Worlds and prepared to enter the Mooncore Arena, while upgrading his Judgment Enforcer and Fork in Destiny module. In the Shattered World, the God of Fate suffered the loss of Abyss Authority and part of his Divinity after failing to stop a mysterious power in the Wasteland.

  • Ye Qiyan reached Train Level 20, unlocking access to Level 10 Platform Worlds, and decided to enter Underworld King Eris's Mooncore Arena.
  • Ye Qiyan used an enhancement item to add a third mark to the Judgment Enforcer, improving its use and allowing him to Arrest all three marked units at once.
  • Ye Qiyan enhanced Fork in Destiny, gaining the ability to choose his next stop from three platforms before entering each Platform World.
  • Ye Qiyan asked Lisette about a voice only he could partly hear, then set aside his worries over Train Coins and looked forward to barbecue.
  • The God of Fate recalled sensing a powerful being in the Wasteland and using Abyss Authority to obstruct it, but the obstacle failed and the Train System seized the Authority and severed part of his Divinity.
  • The God of Fate could remember only a streak of pure white from the being and raged that he could not identify the power affecting him.

Ch. 759Zhao Lin's message

Zhao Lin survived a dangerous level 8 Platform World with help from Little Calamity, then contacted Ye Qiyan about returning the Game Card Weapon Era. Ye Qiyan told her to keep it, planning to use her luck to open an enhanced Treasure Chest.

  • Zhao Lin used Little Calamity’s luck to reveal and defeat the station’s level 8 supernatural creature in a Russian Roulette wager, but found no Treasure Chest.
  • Zhao Lin suspected her bad luck had come early because she had kept Weapon Era and messaged Ye Qiyan.
  • Ye Qiyan woke after upgrading his Train to level 20 and saw Zhao Lin’s message while preparing for his next station.
  • Zhao Lin sent Ye Qiyan a photo of Weapon Era and offered to return it.
  • Ye Qiyan remembered the card and told Zhao Lin to keep it, intending to use her good luck to open his enhanced Treasure Chest.

Ch. 760The fiftieth stop: Eris's Mooncore Arena!

Ye Qiyan took Lisette and Red Tears to his fiftieth Platform World, Eris's Mooncore Arena, and chose the Engraving Realm as his route. After arriving at the cloud city, he agreed to use the Arena's Netherworld Intelligence System, which asked him to register for the competition and choose whether to promote his previous Guide.

  • Ye Qiyan used his special ticket to set Eris's Mooncore Arena as his fiftieth stop.
  • The Fork in Destiny offered three platforms, and Ye Qiyan chose the Engraving Realm while memorizing the other two options.
  • Ye Qiyan's Train climbed a cloud road toward a city beneath a nearby moon, and Lisette took photographs along the way.
  • The Train reached the Arena's platform, where the system offered departure methods and asked Ye Qiyan to accept service from the Netherworld Intelligence System.
  • Ye Qiyan accepted, and the Flower of the Underworld System asked him to fill out competition information and decide whether to promote his previous Guide.
