Ch. 1341[Calamity Card · Soul-Scorching Blazing Sun]

Ye Qiyan followed WALL-E beneath the magma to an altar holding an incomplete Calamity Card and used a speck of deep-blue energy to remake it. The new Soul-Scorching Blazing Sun was born, shining as a scorching sun above the Gatam Empire.

  • Ye Qiyan cooled the magma with Freezing Point Authority and followed WALL-E into a vast underground space.

Ye Qiyan acquired the Soul-Scorching Blazing Sun Calamity Card and used its soul-burning sunlight as his belief grew stronger. After the Gatam Empire ascended to Level 12, he opened a spatial rift to bring in his Mechs and prepare to end his stay in the world.

  • Ye Qiyan obtained the Soul-Scorching Blazing Sun Calamity Card, whose second ability burned souls through belief.
  • Ye Qiyan's belief ignited beneath the sun, causing his Spirit to rise from 1800 to 2700 as people across the Gatam Empire felt their souls burn.
  • Miatila informed Ye Qiyan that the Gatam Empire had become a Level 12 Platform World, and Ye Qiyan decided to bring everyone back and end the mission.
  • Gatam I suffered under the blazing sun because his soul pool and newly gained divinity were vulnerable to its soul flame.
  • Ye Qiyan opened the Seventh Anchor Point, and his Super-Order Anchor appeared in the sky with Mechs aboard.
  • Ye Qiyan ordered the Mechs to leave none who resisted alive.

Ch. 1343A pathetic wretch

Ye Qiyan and his companions defeated Gatam I, then spent a month destroying the Gatam Empire’s high-end military forces to fulfill his bargain. With the mission complete, Ye Qiyan prepared to leave the Platform World and resume searching for the Finality Core’s world.

  • Gatam I ordered the capital’s forces to attack Ye Qiyan, but Ye Qiyan’s companions overwhelmed the Mecha army under the Sun’s light.

  • Ye Qiyan prepared to depart on the Train and finish searching for the Finality Core’s world.

Ch. 1344Leaving the Sixty-Ninth Station / Coordinate Item: Mechanism World, Location of the Finality Core

Ye Qiyan prepared to leave the Gatam Empire, secured the GT Series manufacturing knowledge and sold much of his collected machinery. Back in the Wasteland, he used the [GT-Seeker] to create a coordinate item that would let him enter the Mechanism World as a Descender and search for the GT-Finality Core.

  • Ye Qiyan discussed the expected Level 12 reward with Miatila and reviewed his plans for the collected mechas, materials, and blueprints.
  • Lisette shared her knowledge of the GT-1 through GT-61 manufacturing blueprints with Ye Qiyan through the [Memory Offering] module, and he stored the knowledge with the Mechanical Heart.
  • After selling unwanted items, Ye Qiyan's Train Coins reached 47314, and Miatila assured him she had prepared for their next train upgrade.
  • Ye Qiyan departed the Gatam Empire and returned to the Wasteland, where he received the quest reward [Soul's Reminiscence].
  • Ye Qiyan used the [GT-Seeker] and [Big Spending Discount] to locate the GT-Finality Core and construct a coordinate item for entering the Mechanism World as a Descender for 48 hours.

Ch. 1345Train level: 33

  • Ye Qiyan turned over the second upgrade option, Great Burial of Separation Fire, priced at 20,001 Train Coins.

Ch. 1346The Level 12 World Where Anything Was Possible

Ye Qiyan spent his remaining Train Coins to obtain Miatila’s custom extension, which could lead him to Level 12 worlds, and an enhancement item for Nephthys. He resolved to pursue the dangerous worlds and planned to alter the enhancement so Nephthys would not have to die to benefit from it.

  • Ye Qiyan realized the Main System wanted the bloodstained Train Coin because it valued the bonds formed in Platform Worlds, then spent all his Train Coins on the two options.
  • Ye Qiyan read that Miatila’s extension gave Fork in Destiny a small chance to send him to a Level 12 world, where anything was possible, and decided he would go.
  • Ye Qiyan wondered whether Zhao Lin was still alive and noted that she still owed him a dose of good luck.
  • Ye Qiyan examined Great Burial of Separation Fire, an enhancement that required Nephthys to die and resurrect, and decided he would change it.
  • Ye Qiyan extracted the Level 11 item and summoned its translucent coffin, intending to shatter it and make it undergo ultimate ascension.

Ch. 1347Fire-Vow of Nirvana Rebirth

  • Nephthys wanted to become stronger and accepted Ye Qiyan's promise to use the ring on it once his spirit and stamina recovered.
  • The next day, Ye Qiyan gathered his companions on the train's roof and placed Nephthys inside the ring beneath Soul-Scorching Blazing Sun.
  • Ye Qiyan ignited the law of Separation Fire, and Soul-Scorching Blazing Sun merged with the real sun as Nephthys transformed into a great bird of evil fire.

  • A battered figure inside the door noticed Ye Qiyan and asked which race he belonged to.

Ch. 1351Resenting the Golden Race's Defeat

Ye Qiyan spoke with Messiah, a shattered Machine Realm Knight and Transcender sealed inside a counterfeit door, and learned that it had fought alongside the Golden Race before the war of extermination. Messiah could not say what became of the Machine Realm, but its hatred of the Golden Race's defeat emerged as Ye Qiyan questioned it.

  • Ye Qiyan recognized that Messiah was a Machine Realm Knight from the former era and identified Void as the likely creator of the counterfeit door sealing it.

Ch. 1355The End Was Not Frightening at All!

Ye Qiyan freed the Finality Core and discovered it contained an unsealed instance of The End, while Messiah reacted with shock to his Infinite and Anchor cards. A hidden letter revealed the core’s origins and the GT world’s defeat, leaving Ye Qiyan with the Director’s plea that The End was not frightening.

  • Ye Qiyan freed the Finality Core, which flew to him, and Messiah explained that it was an incomplete creation missing something that did not exist.
