"Niro City really has developed well. Its prosperity is practically on par with an ordinary count's domain.
"I heard they make considerable use of Descenders here. It certainly seems to have some benefits."
One knight offered his assessment quietly.

A young man immediately strode over and said respectfully:
"Are you two knights visiting from elsewhere? Are you looking to apply for residence permits, or enjoy a tour of Niro City?
"If you want residence permits, just follow this main road straight to the central square, and you can apply there.
"If you're planning to enjoy yourselves in Niro City, perhaps I could show you around!
"I'm not exaggerating! Nobody knows more than I do about where to have fun and find good food in all of Niro City!
"We have loads of Descenders here!
"We have plenty of establishments offering otherworldly experiences and cuisine!"
