Osyluths were originally level 9 creatures.
But after a level 6 Descender underwent demonization, they were only strengthened to level 9.
Those originally at level 9 merely rose to level 10.
They did not even gain two levels.
This convinced Xiluo that the initial strengthening from demonization had a threshold. Beyond it, further improvements were mostly in potential.
However, Xiluo also believed this.
Those Descenders who transformed into relatively powerful devils like Reaper Devils and Osyluths...
As long as they worked hard enough in the future, they should be able to break through to level 11, or even levels 12, 13... and even 14.
After all, the Osyluths among the Pit Fiend's forces that had fought his legion before had all been quite formidable.
Clearly, these devils' ceilings were indeed quite high.
Next came the level 10 Contract Devils.

Their binding force depended entirely on the Pit Fiend's power. Breaking those constraints required power close to, or even surpassing, the Pit Fiend's.

The only Descender who chose a Hama Devil was someone whose original level was just 5.
After completing demonization, his strength soared straight to level 10.
Gaining five levels in one go was quite substantial. Of course, the greater reason was that his starting point had been too low.
