The Uchiha Clan's ninjas received strong support from the Konoha High Command, led by the Third Hokage, in deregistering their ninja status.
So, in just one week, more than ten thousand Uchiha ninjas had all completed the process.
Although this caused quite a stir in Konoha,
the positions they vacated ultimately attracted more attention.
And so, such a major event passed quietly, leaving behind little more than some everyday conversation fodder.
"Boss, boss! I awakened it! I awakened it!!!"
Early one morning, before Seiichi had woken up, a burst of shouting jolted him awake.
Before Seiichi could open his eyes,
bang!
Someone shoved his bedroom door open with tremendous force.
The force was so great that the door handle on the side nearest the wall fell to the floor.
It also knocked a small dent in the wall.
Shisui ran in with Itachi.
"Yaaawn... Shisui, if you're not in trouble right now, let me tell you, you will be in a moment."
Seiichi sat up, rubbed his eyes, and spoke through a yawn.
"Big bro, I awakened it! I awakened it!"
"Calm down."
"Big bro, I awakened my Mangekyō Sharingan."
Shisui took a deep breath to calm himself down, but his face was still very red.
"Let me see."
Judging by the time, it was about right. Although Seiichi was happy for him too, he was more interested in Shisui's Mangekyō abilities.
Shisui and the Uchiha Clan were now in completely different circumstances from the original story. He wanted to see what type of eye technique Shisui would gain based on his current wishes.
Shisui had been quite fond of his spatial eye technique before, so the chances of him awakening Space-Time Ninjutsu as his eye technique seemed pretty high.
"Look, big bro! Cool, right?!"
Looking at the four-pointed pinwheel pattern in Shisui's eyes, Seiichi began to question reality.
"What... what eye technique did you awaken?"
"My eye technique actually has 'god' in its name! It's called-Kotoamatsukami! Well? Cool, right!!!"

The moment he heard Shisui say his eye technique had "god" in its name, Seiichi was somewhat dumbfounded.
Seiichi simply couldn't understand how Shisui could still awaken Kotoamatsukami under the current circumstances.
Was the plot's inertia really that strong?
Then how had the matter of the Fourth Hokage changed so easily before?
So even the choice of the Fourth Hokage wasn't as important as Shisui awakening his Mangekyō?!
Shisui saw the confusion in Seiichi's eyes. He thought Seiichi was wondering why he hadn't awakened a space-time eye technique. After all, he had liked Seiichi's spatial eye technique so much before.

At this point, Seiichi understood. This wasn't caused by some so-called plot inertia.
Rather, the boomerang he had thrown earlier had flown around outside before coming back to stab him. Ultimately, this was still his fault.
Suddenly, Seiichi whipped his head around to look at Itachi.
"Itachi, what about you? What's your wish?"
"Oh, I don't really mind. You two already have genjutsu and ninjutsu covered, so I don't have a goal anymore. I'll just keep it simple and take a balanced approach.
One super-powerful genjutsu and one ninjutsu with super-powerful attacks will do.
As for offensive ninjutsu, our Uchiha Clan specializes in Fire Style, so ideally, it'd be a badass fire-based offensive ninjutsu."
Well, Itachi had already locked in Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu in advance.
An Uchiha awakening their Mangekyō was like opening a blind box.
Waiting for the result when you knew what it would be felt completely different from waiting without knowing.
At the very least, Seiichi had no interest whatsoever in Itachi's future Mangekyō now.
"All right, do you two have anything else? If not, go fix my door!"

Seiichi got out of bed and got dressed.
His new clothes were ready. They were the same outfit Goku Black wore in Dragon Ball, with the Uchiha fan emblem added to them.
"Both of my eye techniques are called Kotoamatsukami. Its advantages are that it doesn't require eye contact and ignores distance. It can temporarily manipulate someone's thoughts, or permanently and completely alter their will to control them;
my left eye permanently rewrites a person's will. It's just that the cooldown is a little long. I can only use it once every seven years.
My right eye temporarily rewrites a person's will. If it succeeds, depending on how much eye power I use, it lasts anywhere from one hour at the shortest to one month at the longest."
Seiichi nodded.
Shisui's Kotoamatsukami had essentially the same effects as the version he knew from the original story.

Seiichi finished his breakfast at a leisurely pace, while Shisui and Itachi finished fixing the door and had breakfast as well.
The three strolled over to the meeting room on the Laboratory's third floor.
Seeing that everyone else had arrived,
he simply had Shisui demonstrate his Mangekyō.
This also gave the Elders some time to process it.
Then Seiichi stated his purpose.
Although the Uchiha Clan no longer had any ninjas, having those people wandering around everywhere wasn't a solution either.
Seiichi proposed forming internal Uchiha divisions.
He first gave everyone a brief introduction to the Zero Division through the Tenth Division.
There weren't enough people who met the Zero Division's entry requirements right now, so they would leave that aside for the time being.
For now, the First Division represented the Uchiha's strongest fighting force. Only Mangekyō Sharingan wielders could join, and the strongest member of the clan would serve as its captain. Currently, that was Uchiha Seiichi.
This division would be stationed at the Uchiha Clan Compound and would rarely mobilize in its entirety.
As such, its members would also hold positions in other Squads.
The Second Division would handle intelligence, with Shisui Uchiha as its captain.
The Third Division would handle scientific research, with its captain's position vacant.
The Fourth Division would handle healing, with Uchiha Mikoto as its captain.
The Fifth Division would handle sealing, with Uchiha Fugaku as its captain.
The remaining divisions, from the Sixth Division to the Tenth Division, would all be purely combat divisions.
According to Seiichi's preliminary plan,
apart from the First Division, which would have no membership limit,
each of the other Squads would have ten full members, including its captain, and ninety candidate members.
With a standard strength of one hundred per division, the nine divisions would have nine hundred people in total.
Considering that the Uchiha Clan currently had eleven thousand ninjas,
those selected for the Squads would all be elites picked from among a hundred Uchiha.
