Feng Yao was somewhat surprised. He genuinely had no idea what had happened to Obito.
He looked at Kisame beside him, only to see a strange expression on his face, his lips almost quirking into a smile. "Mr. Feng Yao, Elder Yagura was responsible for that man named Obito Uchiha. Elder Yagura seems to still be searching for Obito..."
Hearing this, Kakashi breathed a sigh of relief, only for his heart to rise into his throat again.
Only Danzo and his subordinates darkened in expression. The Root operatives they had sent to kill Obito had failed!

Danzo looked grim. The Root squad sent to surround and kill Obito amounted to half the Root ninja he had brought this time!
"Feng Yao, since we've stopped fighting, tell your men to stop hunting Obito!" Hashirama said.
Only Tobirama and Sasuke frowned slightly.
The two of them had come here intending to kill Obito. Tobirama simply thought Obito was evil by nature!
Sasuke considered Obito a hidden threat, even though Naruto had forgiven him and Obito had helped them defeat Kaguya.
But Sasuke would never believe that Obito could turn over a new leaf so easily!
"Of course, Kakashi, Hashirama!" Feng Yao looked at Zabuza. "Zabuza, take a squad and find Yagura. Tell him to stop hunting Obito!"
"Yes!"
Less than a minute after leaving with the Body Flicker Technique, Zabuza appeared again. "Lord Feng Yao, some of the ninja in our force were under Elder Yagura's command. They told me that Obito was rescued, and Elder Yagura is heading this way!"
Zabuza made no attempt to conceal his words, so Hashirama, Tobirama, Kakashi, and the others naturally heard them too!
"Oh? Who rescued him?"
"We don't know. They didn't show themselves, but they seemed capable of using Wood Release too!"
