Arc 1Meikyō’s First Team Missions

Uchiha Meikyō graduated early, gained Uchiha Fugaku’s patronage, and formed Team 9 under Dan Katō. After the squad’s first C-rank mission exposed Hida Yuichi’s abuses, Dan assigned them another mission targeting the lord and the samurai he had hired.

  • Uchiha Meikyō lost contact with the Reincarnation Space main system, mourned his parents, and began training with the supplies and scrolls they had left behind.
  • Hiruzen ordered early graduation exams and sent Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Tsunade with reserve ninja toward the Land of Rain.
  • Meikyō passed the graduation assessment by defeating Gekko Hayate, then accepted Uchiha Fugaku’s patronage and learned advanced Fire Style from Uchiha Yu.

Arc 2Meikyō’s Frontline Trial

Meikyō and his squad survived the Rain campaign, trained under Tsunade, Dan Katō, and Uchiha Fugaku, then joined Konoha’s assault on Sunagakure. The arc ended with Meikyō facing a Suna Jonin whose attack pushed his Sharingan toward a second tomoe.

  • Meikyō killed Hida Yuichi and recovered his hidden money before Kato Squad continued its missions and was sent to the front.
  • Meikyō, Inuzuka Ryo, and Aburame Nami fought in a Rain Ninja ambush and escaped after Hanzo’s poison mist forced Konoha to retreat.
  • Meikyō’s squad joined Hyuga Tetsu’s team to fight their pursuers, but an explosive-tag blast injured them and drove them back to the outpost.
  • Tsunade healed Meikyō and taught him and his teammates basic Medical Ninjutsu, while Dan Katō began teaching them the Spirit Activation Technique.
  • Uchiha Fugaku trained Meikyō in Fire Style, and Meikyō’s squad later marched with Konoha’s reserve force against Sunagakure.

Arc 3From the Rain Front to Demon Slayers

Meikyō rose through the ranks during the Second Shinobi World War, helped Konoha secure Rōran, and repaired his wristwatch with the Dragon Vein. He traveled to a world of demons, joined the Demon Slayer Corps, and was brought to the attention of its leader through Kyojuro.

  • Maruboshi Kosuke held off the Sand assault as Orochimaru wounded Rasa, prompting Sunagakure to retreat, and Meikyō survived and was assigned to help treat Konoha's wounded, where his Sharingan awakened further.
  • Meikyō’s squad joined the Intelligence Reconnaissance Unit, carried out missions for months, and ambushed a Sand squad, and their captured Jonin revealed a plan involving Iwa’s Jinchuriki before a seal killed him.
  • Dan Katō led a counter-ambush against Suna and Iwa, but returned gravely injured, and Meikyō’s relief at Dan’s survival awakened his Three Tomoe Sharingan, and he later trained with Dan and met Minato Namikaze.
  • Meikyō joined Dan Katō’s flank attack against Suna, helping destroy its bases and supplies before Konoha’s forces defeated the Sand Ninja and promoted him to Special Jonin.
  • Meikyō accompanied Konoha’s delegation to Rōran, repaired his Reincarnator’s Wristwatch using the Dragon Vein, and helped Queen of Rōran defeat Anrokuzan and ally with Konoha.
  • After the Second Shinobi World War ended, Meikyō used the repaired wristwatch to travel to another world, where he defeated the Mountain Demon and met Kyōjurō and Mitsuri.
  • Meikyō accepted Kyōjurō’s invitation to join the Demon Slayer Corps and began studying Flame Breathing, and at the Hashira Meeting, Kyōjurō told Ubuyashiki Kagaya that Meikyō had fought a demon until dawn and asked to invite him into the Corps.

Arc 4The Sunlit Blade

Uchiha Meikyō learned the Dance of the Fire God, brought the Kamado family and Tokito brothers into the Demon Slayer Corps, and advanced his swordsmanship in both worlds. After awakening the Transparent World, he killed Akaza and returned with blood for research, leaving the Corps celebrating the death of Upper Rank Three.

  • Uzui Tengen tested Meikyō and reported that he could match a Hashira, while Rengoku Kyōjurō began guiding him in Flame Breathing.
  • Meikyō received his custom Nichirin Blade, found the Tokito brothers, and brought them down the mountain after saving them from a demon.
  • Meikyō found the Kamado family, learned the Dance of the Fire God from Tanjiro, and brought the family to safety despite Tanjiro’s resistance.
  • Meikyō told the Hashira that Sun Breathing lay behind their styles, then returned to Konoha and began studying Uchiha swordsmanship and sealing under Uchiha Yu.
  • Meikyō discussed the Hokage succession with Uchiha Fugaku, accepted the Totsuka Blade, and later sparred with Rengoku Kyojuro as Kyojuro entered the Transparent World.
  • Meikyō lured Akaza to a bamboo grove near Chichibu Town, fought him with Sun Breathing and ninjutsu, and awakened the Transparent World during their battle.
  • Meikyō beheaded Akaza, restrained him as he regenerated, and used a heated Nichirin Blade and the thirteenth form of Sun Breathing to destroy him.
  • Meikyō collected Akaza’s blood and headed to the Butterfly Mansion to report his death, while Ubuyashiki Kagaya received news that Upper Rank Three had been slain.
