Uchiha Setsuna, who had instigated an Uchiha rebellion during the Second Hokage's tenure, was enjoying the privilege of a solitary cell.

A ninja from the Uchiha Military Police Force placed a stack of intelligence reports inside the cell. Setsuna was the only prisoner on this floor.
