Konoha's standard squads consisted of three or four people. Jonin generally carried out missions in three-person squads.
Umitouza, Hyuga Sora, and Rain Woman were naturally the members of this squad.
Machi was an exception. She was there to monitor Hyuga Akira.
As for whether he told Danzo, that depended on whether Hyuga Akira wanted Danzo to know.

The Sand Ninja did not answer. Instead, they looked at one of their own, who had his eyes closed as he sensed something. Soon, he opened his eyes and told the Shinobi beside him, "Four Shinobi in total. That man really is an ordinary person, but that female Shinobi is using the Transformation Technique."
Now all the Sand Ninja turned toward Machi, and quite a few even drew their weapons.
"You're a Konoha Shinobi too," a Sand Ninja demanded sternly of Machi.
