Observation Haki and Lightning Release Chakra
In the sweltering cell, two skeletal prisoners stared at the Pirate World Fang Yu's retreating figure, their shock tinged with a hint of curiosity.
After Magellan left, the two men immediately approached him.
"Kid, don't you even know how you got in here?"
Fang Yu had no intention of paying attention to the two of them and went straight to the corner, intending to regain some strength before thinking of a solution.
"What a pitiful fellow." The emaciated skeleton, in even worse condition, shook its head. "He was inexplicably arrested and locked up here for life. He's wasted the best years of his youth here."
The skeleton, who was in slightly better condition, pouted, "That's just how the world is. Who cares what you do? As long as the higher-ups are happy, they'll shut you down."
As they were talking, Fang Yu asked curiously, "So how did you two get in?"
This sentence opened the floodgates, and the skeleton, in good spirits, pointed to his own nose and declared, "Laozi am the great pirate with a bounty of 63 million Beli! Known as the Master of the Sea's Evil, Hugo Bennett!"
Another, though in slightly worse condition, proudly introduced himself, "Heh heh, I am the King of Extreme Evil with a bounty of 80 million Beli —Heran Carlson!"
"We are both kings of our respective seas! The World Government went to great lengths to capture us!"
Herran Carlson looked at Fang Yu.
"And you, kid?"
"Zero Beli bounty, twins Yu."
"What kind of name is that?" Helan Carlson immediately retorted. "You really don't have a bounty? You were arrested when you were only seven?"
"Um."
"That's strange, that's strange. I know now." Heran Carlson stroked his chin, thinking, "You've definitely been implicated in the Celestial Dragon case! Once you're involved with the Celestial Dragon, the World Government takes a swift and decisive approach!"
Hugo Bennett nodded. "When I first entered this cell three years ago, there was another cellmate here who had been imprisoned for twenty-three years because of the Celestial Dragon. He died last year, and the Chief Jailer in charge of this area had three years' worth of bonuses deducted and a year's vacation taken away for it!"
Fang Yu found it strange, "Why punish the Chief Jailer? Isn't it perfectly normal for a prisoner to die?"
"No, no, no," Ugo Bennett explained, "The first level, the Hell of Red Lotus, and the second level, the Beast Hell, are for those lowly soldiers and prisoners."
"Such prisoners are not worth dying for; to the World Government, they are just more fish feed."
"But the Starvation Hell is different!"
"The prisoners who can come to the Starvation Hell are either vicious Devil Fruit User or useful people who have committed serious crimes or possess secrets about treasure."
"If even one prisoner on the third floor dies, it will be a huge loss for those above."
"Like that fellow inmate who offended Celestial Dragon, after he died, the Celestial Dragon were extremely furious! They wanted to torture that guy for a hundred years!"
Fang Yu laughed in anger, "So, you mean I was cut off from all sides because of the Celestial Dragon, and because I was young, I was thrown into the Hell of Red Lotus? Or did the World Government, Impel Down, and the Celestial Dragon actually give me a break?"
Hugo Bennett nodded. "It's a shame I don't want to say it, but that's probably the truth."
Fang Yu didn't speak, his fists clenched so tightly they cracked.
Helan Carlson pressed on, "I heard from the Poison Man that you escaped to this level. Don't you know your way around? Why are you running in the wrong direction?"
Fang Yu didn't bother to reveal the secret of the 5.5th floor and simply closed his eyes to rest.
The two prisoners, who had been eagerly awaiting a newcomer, approached him simultaneously. "Tell me, tell me, how did you survive? How did you dodge Rankyaku just now?"
Upon hearing the words "Rankyaku," Fang Yu opened his eyes. "If you want to hide, then hide."
Helan Carlson looked at him incredulously. "You're incredibly talented! If you had a good teacher, you might have become a master of Observation Haki!"
Ugo Bennett, however, was unconvinced. "It took me eight years to learn Observation Haki. How could a mere kid like him have mastered it without a teacher?"
"Then explain how he dodged my Rankyaku?"
"How would I know! It must be because you're old and slow!"
"Bullshit! Me, slow?! Have you forgotten how I kicked your face to pieces with my Rankyaku Kick when we first met?"
"Fuck it!"
The two skeletons were seen grabbing each other by the collar and tearing at each other.
Fang Yu stood up. "Stop arguing! What's the point of arguing about this? We're just killing time anyway. Why don't you teach me Observation Haki and see if I can learn it!"
The two skeletons turned their heads simultaneously. "Alright! Let's give it a try!"
A figure leaps from the top of a waterfall by the lake!
Just as he was about to fall into the lake, his Ukaku from behind him!
After adjusting his body, he actually stood directly on the water!
Killer Bee, the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki Killer B practicing the rap song "Chaotianmen" by the lake with a small notebook, turned his gaze to the side. "Not good enough, not good enough! Your chakra control is too poor! I really don't know how you learned the Water Dragon Bullet Technique. How exactly did your teacher teach you?"
"This level of chakra control is far from sufficient to learn the ' Lightning Pen '! You're wasting your Lightning Release Chakra it out!"
Uchiha Yu was somewhat unconvinced, so he swung his Ukaku and shot a black feather at Killer B!
The feather made a whistling sound as it cut through the air!
Its speed was even faster than a pistol bullet!
However.
Killer B simply raised his arm, and a pencil flashing with blue chakra light flew out!
Almost instantly, the pencil pierced through Fang Yu's feather!
With two "plop" sounds, the feathers fell into the lake.
"So fast!"
Even with his Three-Tomoe Sharingan, Uchiha Yu couldn't track the Lightning Pen's trajectory. He only felt a blur flash by before his iron-hard feathers plunged into the lake.
"Hmph, you're still a long way off! You'll need to write me five more songs before you can master the Lightning Pen technique! And I'm not kidding when I say five! Heh~"
Killer B took out another pencil that he always carried with him, sharpened it with his knife, and started doodling in his notebook.
Uchiha Yu plucked a feather and tried to infuse it with chakra.
But as soon as the thought crossed his mind, the chakra slipped through his fingers like sand, unable to gather on the feather.
Killer B looked up at Uchiha Yu and said, "Young man, don't be impatient. The Lightning Pen isn't as simple as you think. It represents the most profound understanding of chakra control! Yo-yo, the most difficult secret technique!"
Uchiha Yu couldn't stand Killer B's attitude any longer. He yelled at Killer B, "I'll write ten more songs for you and complete your concert setlist! Tell me the tricks! I want to sign up for a crash course!"
"Ten songs!?" Killer B jumped up immediately upon hearing the number. "I'll teach you right away!"
