Fang Yu stayed behind with Isora and the East Blue Team while Miyata Kuraki went with Chu Xuan to turn himself in. After Fang Yu killed Tanaka Jusuke and the reincarnation ended, he returned to the Main God Plaza and prepared to enhance himself.

• Tanaka Jusuke taunted Fang Yu and repeatedly beat Koinu Masao, who finally fought back after activating the First Order Genetic Lock.
• Tanaka Jusuke slashed Koinu Masao, but Koinu Masao survived and pleaded with Fang Yu to eliminate his teammate so the East Blue and Central Continent Teams could continue cooperating.
• Fang Yu wounded Isora to keep her from escaping, then revealed his Second Order Genetic Lock and other abilities when Tanaka Jusuke attacked him.
