"Buru! Buru!" The Den Den Mushi's distinctive cry rang through the room, breaking the brief silence.
Monkey D. Dragon casually picked up the Den Den Mushi and said calmly, "Hello, Dragon speaking."
"Comrade Dragon, have you settled in at our Revolutionary Army Headquarters?"
Kakarot's familiar voice came clearly through the Den Den Mushi.
A heartfelt smile appeared on Dragon's face, and he replied sincerely:
"Mr. Lamplight, I'm doing well. I really love this big family of ours in the Revolutionary Army.
"And we've already begun working hard to put the plan you drew up into action."
As Dragon spoke, he looked out the window, his eyes revealing his resolve and anticipation for the operations ahead.
Kakarot chuckled on the other end, his tone full of trust in Dragon as he said:
"Good. Of course I have confidence in your abilities.
"But we've reached a cooperation agreement with a country here.
"Arrange for some comrades to come help transform this country.
"We can use this opportunity to see whether the reform measures our Revolutionary Army has drawn up,
"and our laws have any areas that could be improved further."
Dragon's expression immediately grew serious, and he answered without hesitation:
"No problem, Mr. Lamplight. I'll contact the comrades at headquarters right away and have them get started as soon as possible."
Kakarot paused, a little puzzled, and asked, "Dragon, aren't you at headquarters right now?"
Dragon turned to look at the Revolutionary Army comrades working intently nearby,
then shifted his gaze farther away to Kuma and Ginny, who were talking with the others, and said with a confident smile:
"Mr. Lamplight, I'm in the Sorbet Kingdom in the West Blue with our comrades right now.
"We intend to make this our starting point and officially launch our magnificent revolutionary cause."
