After hearing Satoru Gojo's declaration and sensing the projections appearing throughout Dressrosa with his Observation Haki, Doflamingo finally understood Satoru Gojo's objective.

The Jujutsu Pirates had come to expose what he had done. Otherwise, they could not have prepared so thoroughly.

So this battle had not started because Satoru Gojo discovered they intended to move against the Jujutsu Pirates. Rather, the Jujutsu Pirates had targeted them from the start.

As his words fell, he activated his Devil Fruit Awakening. The ground behind Satoru Gojo instantly turned into white strings that surged toward him.

Doflamingo slapped both hands against the ground, flipped backward, then turned and fled into the distance at top speed.

Breaking through the white strings entangling him, Satoru Gojo followed close behind, his expression unchanged as he pursued Doflamingo.

Although Satoru Gojo could easily catch up to Doflamingo with Teleportation and defeat him...

Defeating Doflamingo so easily would make it feel unreal to the civilians of Dressrosa.
