"You don't inject it after the hit lands."
Garp dropped from the sky, crushing a rock beneath his feet as he landed firmly.
"Smart."
He raised one finger.
"You release it as you exert force, not in two separate steps."
"The strike and the penetration are the same action."
Lorne's eyes lit up.
"I get it..."
"You don't get a damn thing!"
With an angry shout, Garp's fist was already in front of him.

"Your Armament Haki is 'armor worn on the outside.' Mine is 'a second skeleton grown from the bones.'"
"No matter how hard your armor is, I just have to smash it from the inside."
Lorne peeled away from the crater and landed on both knees.
Both arms hung completely limp, their bones smashed to bits.
Battlefield Valor worked at full speed.
Golden light surged through his meridians like blood, regrowing, joining, and calcifying his shattered bones.
Seven seconds later, both arms were as good as new.
His Grit had already passed sixty percent.
Lorne pushed himself off the ground. His clothes had long since been torn to strips, exposing skin covered in golden patterns of light.
"So this is how you teach?"
Lorne grinned.
"Punching knowledge into my body?"
"Bwahaha! Pain
