"How could this happen!"
Late at night.
Yahiko's voice suddenly turned shrill. With a bang, the wooden table in front of Liumu shattered.
Liumu stood, pressed him back into his chair, and asked, "Did you see it clearly?"
The Genjutsu Liumu had set up was actually a modified version of the original story's events after Yahiko's death.

Yahiko lowered his head, his expression dark. There was no telling what he was thinking.
Suddenly, he looked up, a trace of doubt flashing through his eyes.
His words were bleak and exceptionally cold as he asked cautiously, "Who are you? Who are you really? Why do you know all this? You can even predict what happens after my death. And what exactly are you after, doing so much in the Land of Rain?"
In Yahiko's eyes, Liumu was no longer the inexperienced junior disciple he had once been.
His mysterious side had been fully revealed the moment his eyes became slit pupils.
Liumu wasn't worried that Yahiko would lose his composure. Telling him these things now would merely bring him a little closer to his ideals.
And Nagato and Konan's future paths
