• An Anbu Ninja told Tsunade and Konoha’s leaders that envoys from the four great shinobi villages wanted an explanation from Shengu Xuan.
• Shengu Xuan appeared and dismissed the envoys’ demands, then told Tsunade she was no longer Hokage and announced that he would control Konoha.
