Beating Up Noobs Is So Boring
Standing in the center of the Wind Vortex, Bell watched the snowball slowly spinning and growing larger above his head, and let out a long sigh of relief.
This was the first time he had cast such a large-scale spell without using Wand.
Bell snapped his fingers, and a dozen or so Flying Broomstick flew out from the locker room in the distance.
Bell nodded in satisfaction as he watched the Flying Broomstick defrost each other. How could a fully-fledged Flying Broomstick not learn to defrost itself?
"Hermione?"
Bell waved his hand in front of the Little Witch's eyes. He had noticed Hermione's strange gaze when he was walking this way. Now that he was standing right in front of Hermione, Hermione was still staring at him without blinking.
It's just Wandless Magic, why are you so surprised?
"!?"
Hermione finally snapped out of her daze, her face quickly turning bright red.
What was I thinking just now?!
"N-nothing! Bell, how did you do that!? That's amazing!"
Hermione tried to change the subject.
"Wandless Magic, haven't you heard of that?"
"Of course I've heard of Wandless Magic, but according to the book, Wandless Magic can only cast some simple Curses, and the power is significantly reduced."
Hermione declared that she was a well-read person and that no one could fool her.
"The book was also written by a wizard, Hermione. Therefore, the contents of the book can only represent the author's own views and understanding, and cannot represent the truth."
Bell is once again trying to correct Hermione's bad habit of blindly believing in books.
"I can say with absolute certainty that the author of that book was not as powerful Professor Dumbledore. And the Wandless Magic skills that Professor Dumbledore possessed were certainly beyond the imagination of that author."
Hermione nodded, seemingly understanding.
Although she was unwilling to admit that the contents of the book, which she had always believed in, might actually be wrong, everything Bell had done before had indeed exceeded the realm described in the book.
Facts speak louder than words, and the Little Witch had no choice but to admit that Bell did have some truth to what he said.
For example, the part about Professor Dumbledore.
"What do we need to do next, Bell?"
As she asked this, Hermione's gaze involuntarily drifted back to the breathtaking scenery before her. The sight of snowflakes swirling in the air was simply too beautiful!
Bell smiled slightly as he looked at the Little Witch whose eyes were starting to glaze over again. He took out his Personal Terminal, controlled it to float in mid-air, and began recording the scenery before him.
"Next, we'll do this."
Bell waved his hand, and a snowball quickly formed, hitting Hermione on the head again.
"Bell!"
"Since my hair is already a mess, I don't need to worry about it too much."
Several more snowballs flew by and hit Hermione in various places.
Hermione was furious. She couldn't care less about appreciating the scenery anymore. If Bell continued to act so recklessly, she might end up turning into a snowman.
Hermione crouched down, grabbed a handful of snow, and rolled it into a large snowball. She was determined to avenge herself!
Hermione grabbed the snowball, took two steps forward for leverage, and then forcefully hurled the snowball at Bell.
"..."
"What feelings... um..."
Hermione was getting a little frustrated looking at the snowball floating in front of her.
"You traitor! I'm the one who created you, so why don't you fly forward!"
Before Hermione could finish speaking and express her dissatisfaction, a snowball that had been floating obediently was thrown into her mouth.
"Pah! Pah! Bell! You're cheating!"
Hermione spat out the snow in her mouth and said with dissatisfaction.
"Where did I cheat?"
"You..."
"Yeah, where did Bell cheat?"
"If you fall behind, you'll be vulnerable to attack, Hermione. Prepare to be attacked!"
Snowballs rained down on Hermione. The Little Witch dodged them frantically, but Bell's snowballs seemed to have eyes, and not a single one missed.
Left with no other option, Hermione pulled out her Wand, intending to cast Curses in retaliation.
"The obstacles are numerous..."
Another snowball landed in Hermione's mouth, interrupting her about to cast Curses.
"That won't do, Hermione. Professor McGonagall has forbidden me from using Wand. If you cast Curses Wand, the monitor will flag it as a violation. I don't want to be locked up again; it's too much trouble."
"Pah! Pah! Couldn't you have smashed it somewhere else?!"
Hermione spat out the snow in her mouth again, and said in a somewhat frantic tone.
"Because that's the simplest and most effective place."
Bell shrugged.
Faced with the constant onslaught of snowballs, Hermione tried various methods, including dodging, blocking, acting cute, and begging for mercy, but none of them worked.
Seeing Bell laughing so hard he was practically rolling on the floor, Hermione finally couldn't take it anymore. She could almost hear the sound of the string of 'reason' snapping in her mind.
Hermione covered her head with her hands, ignoring the snowballs being thrown at her, and charged towards Bell without a care.
The Little Witch's "Savage Charge" move truly caught Bell off guard. Watching Hermione running headlong into the distance, Bell stood helplessly in place, only to be tackled to the ground.
There was no way around it; the stands were right behind Bell. If he dodged, Hermione would run headfirst into the wall.
Even if Bell didn't know how to use Resurrection Spell Curses, he couldn't just stand by and watch Hermione run into a wall.
"That damned Bell! You dare hit me! You dare hit me!"
Hermione pinned Bell down, grabbed Bell cheeks with both hands, and pulled them forcefully to the sides.
"I'm sorry... oh, I was wrong... (I'm sorry... I was wrong...)"
Hermione decisively ignored Bell's pleas for forgiveness. She had figured it out: Bell was the typical guy who would "admit his mistakes readily and promise not to repeat them."
After what seemed like an eternity, Hermione finally vented her anger (or perhaps her hands got tired of pinching?) and let Bell go.
"Seriously, Bell. What do we need to do next?"
Hermione sat down on the ground, panting, no longer caring about the dirt.
In contrast, Bell, without batting an eye, sat up in a flash. He snapped his fingers again, and the Flying Broomstick, now adept at automatic defrosting, flew back to the lounge in a line.
"There's nothing to do, just wait. In about three hours, all the snow will have gathered together, and the task will be complete. Actually, if it weren't for saving Professor McGonagall's face and not wanting to rush it, I could have finished it in five minutes."
Bell stretched and tapped the ground with his finger. A Constant Temperature Barrier formed, enveloping the two of them, and then the soil rapidly surged up, Transfiguration into two comfortable reclining chairs beneath and beside Bell.
There's nothing I can do, Hermione is just too bad at it. Having a snowball fight with her is like bullying a noob, it's totally pointless.
So, it's always better to have your own little sister!
