Why Was Hermione Always Angry?

After handing Bell over to Hermione bewildered Shanna with a mysterious smile and an air of inexplicable confidence, Bell temporarily stopped paying attention to the matter.

For him, the most important issue right now is to figure out the reason for his Patronus's mutation. Otherwise, if Qiongqi suddenly disappears one day, he'll really be devastated.

Thursday arrived quickly.

This morning, something that shocked Bell all year happened: Malfoy was discharged from the hospital!

Of course, something as trivial as Malfoy being discharged from the hospital was not enough to attract Bell's attention, and it didn't even deserve to distract him in the slightest.

What truly shocked Bell was how Malfoy could have such a smug expression on his face.

Could it be that in the wizarding world, almost being killed by one's own Curses is not a shameful thing, but rather something to be proud of?

Is it that times are changing too fast and Bell is no longer keeping up with the trends? Or are the wizards just not very serious?

Moreover, what Bell wanted to complain about the most was Malfoy's arm, which was wrapped in bandages.

That's only because Madam Pomfrey has a good temper. If it were Bell, with his fiery temper, he would have made sure Malfoy's arm would never be healed.

Who are you trying to insult?!

It wasn't until after lunch, on the way to Defense Against the Dark Arts, that Bell learned the details from Hermione.

"That Malfoy guy is absolutely despicable!"

Hermione was so angry her hair was practically standing on end.

"He clearly injured his own arm, but he claimed Professor Hagrid ordered that Hippogriff to attack him! He even portrayed himself as a hero. All that talk about defying authority and bravely resisting—it's just... it's just..."

"Alright, alright, calm down, it's not worth it."

Bell gently patted his girlfriend's back. Hermione was so angry she almost passed out.

"Let him say whatever he wants. He has a mouth, you can't shut him up. Just ignore him."

To be honest, Malfoy's shamelessness really exceeded Bell's expectations.

It turns out that it wasn't that the wizards were out of their minds, but rather that Malfoy was just too shameless.

And yet, they kept telling him about the glory of Pure-blood.

"But how could he slander Professor Hagrid!?"

Disrespecting professors is something Hermione cannot tolerate.

"And Malfoy also said that his father was very angry when he learned that he was injured. He said he would have Dumbledore expel Professor Hagrid, and that he would kill that poor Hippogriff named Buckbeak!"

I heard from others that it was clearly Malfoy who angered Buckbeak because he didn't do what Professor Hagrid asked him to."

What Hermione didn't know was that the reason Malfoy recklessly provoked Buckbeak was mostly Bell's fault.

After being severely punished by Bell, Malfoy dared not cause Bell any more trouble. However, in Malfoy's heart, Bell had become his lifelong enemy.

In the past, if someone had asked Malfoy what his dream was, Malfoy might have hesitated for a long time before giving an uncertain answer.

But now, Malfoy would answer without hesitation, "Surpass Menethil and repay him for all the humiliation he has suffered!"

Therefore, after seeing how Bell so effortlessly and elegantly subdues Hippogriff, there's no point in even thinking about getting Malfoy to obediently bow and pay his respects as Hagrid instructed.

"Bell, do you think Professor Hagrid will be alright?"

Hermione asked the question again, her voice filled with worry.

"Don't worry. You should know that Hagrid's professorship was appointed by Professor Dumbledore. It's not something that anyone else can just take away."

Hermione nodded. Hermione had never doubted the abilities of the great Professor Dumbledore.

Seeing Hermione so relieved, Bell felt inexplicably annoyed.

However, as things stand, the gap between Bell and Dumbledore is indeed still quite large, so he really couldn't say anything and could only keep it to himself.

To prevent himself from getting bored, Bell decided to change the subject to distract himself.

"By the way, Hermione. You should have audited all the Elective Course by now, right? How did it go?"

"Arithmancy is amazing! And the Ancient Runes are also very interesting, though a bit difficult."

Hermione said excitedly.

"Of course, of course I know all that. I'm asking, what do you think of Divination and Muggle Studies?"

Bell took Arithmancy and Ancient Runes with Hermione, so he knew that Hermione really enjoyed those two courses.

"This..."

Hermione's eyes darted around, glancing left and right.

In a flash, Bell was in front of his girlfriend. He reached out and cupped Hermione's cheeks, forcing her to look him in the eye.

"What do you think?"

"Well, I think I might need to attend a few more classes before I can make a judgment?"

"What do you think?"

"Okay, okay."

Seeing that there was no way to avoid it today, Hermione had no choice but to give up her futile struggle.

"I didn't think it went very well, especially the Divination. But maybe the later classes will get better?"

It's not just not good; Hermione thinks Professor Trelawney is a complete fraud!

I really don't understand why Professor Dumbledore would let Professor Trelawney teach this course.

Even so, Hermione still felt uneasy about giving up these two courses.

What if, what if they talk about some useful knowledge later? Wouldn't she miss it?

"Hermione, you have to give up something to gain something. There are only 24 hours in a day. If you can't let go of things that aren't very useful, you'll miss out on a lot of useful things!"

Lowering his head, Bell brought his cheek closer to Hermione's and stared at Hermione intently for a while.

"You haven't been sleeping well these past few days, have you? You've got dark circles under your eyes."

Hermione's blush faded quickly. She kicked Bell in embarrassment and annoyance, breaking free from his grasp.

"Mind your own business!"

After saying that, Hermione stormed off, leaving Bell completely bewildered and wondering what was going on.

So he was clearly just worried about his girlfriend, Hermione, and wanted her to get enough sleep and not overwork herself. So why did Hermione get angry again?

Fortunately, Bell knew that although Hermione occasionally threw tantrums for no apparent reason, they never lasted more than a minute. If you can't figure it out, just stop thinking about it and let it pass.

Scratching his head, Bell chased after his lovely girlfriend who had stopped to wait for him.
