Penelopet's Troubles
After years of persistent practice, Shanna's Legilimency has now reached a level where she can sense the emotions of those around her without having to deliberately cast it.
Keep in mind that even before Hogwarts went on holiday, Shanna had already begun learning Fiendfyre Curse and the Undying Flame under Bell's guidance.
Incidentally, under Bell's close supervision, Shanna did not suffer the same severe injury as he had before.
However, minor injuries such as damage to internal tissues caused by the Magical Outburst are still unavoidable.
"Who, who upset me? No, no one upset me..."
Clearly, Shanna's sudden question caught Penelope off guard. Her flustered demeanor was so obvious that even Hermione could tell something was wrong.
Isn't this a bit too rude to Hermione?
"Senior, did someone really bully you? Don't be afraid, tell us, and I'll have Bell teach him a lesson!"
Hermione stared intently at Penelope, trying to hide her embarrassment.
Because her relationship with Penelope was no worse than that between Shanna and Penelope.
So Shanna could tell that Penelope had been wronged, but Hermione hadn't noticed any signs, which made Hermione feel very guilty.
Bell glanced at his girlfriend and was speechless.
So why are we getting involved with him again? Can't Hermione do what her sister did and release Ten Thousand Snakes to bite people?
It's not that Bell doesn't want to get involved in Penelope's affairs. As the originator of Shanna's protective nature, Bell is intolerant of any dissent.
However, with his younger sister doing the work for him, it's better for him, as the Gege, to slack off a bit.
With Hermione around, he couldn't be too overly attentive most of the time.
Penelope looked at Shanna and Hermione with emotion. From their resolute expressions, she knew she wouldn't be able to get away with it today.
"Actually, I happened to run into Percy on the way here..."
"Alright! I'll send the Little Bear to bite off that big bad Percy's head right now!"
Without a word, the decisive and efficient Little Shanna stood up and headed outside.
Just kidding, in all Shanna life, no one has ever dared to bully her friend!
In fact, she had long disliked that big bad guy named Percy. Back in Hogwarts, Percy would always snort at her Gege.
So does he have rhinitis or something? Huh!?
(╬◣д◢)
If her Gege hadn't stopped her, Shanna would have gone to the Gryffindor twins long ago and bought a whole bunch of laxatives to give Percy.
I heard that the twins are Percy's brothers?
I wonder what kind of expression Percy would have if he found out that the laxatives he was given were provided by his own brothers.
Just thinking about it makes Shanna's heart race.
Now, with both old and new grudges combined, and still outside Hogwarts, without the mischief of that Dumbledore, that scoundrel named Percy is doomed today!
"Wait! Shanna, wait!"
"No! Shanna! You can't let the Little Bear bite off Percy's head!"
Penelope and Hermione, one on each side, grabbed Shanna's legs in perfect unison.
Those who knew Little Shanna well knew very well that Shanna was a girl of her word. Therefore, they dared not let Shanna step out of the Wooden House.
Otherwise, Shanna could Side-Along Apparition and gone to find Percy, and by the time they arrived, Percy would probably be dead.
Thinking of this, the two women glanced at Bell, who was slumped on the sofa watching the commotion.
So what exactly did this guy teach Shanna to turn such a lovely little girl into the person she is now?
And he even helped stop Shanna!
Bell, caught in the crossfire, gave a wronged look.
So what does this have to do with him?
Besides, he thinks his younger sister has a great personality now. She's well-behaved, sensible, and respectful to her Gege. And most importantly, he doesn't have to worry about her being bullied when they go out. Isn't that wonderful!
When girls are out and about, what they fear most is encountering bad people and being bullied.
"Shanna, listen to me, Percy didn't bully me. We just had a slight disagreement on some points."
Penelope tried to calm down the "raging" Little Shanna.
"Yes, Shanna. At least let your senior finish what she has to say!"
Hermione chimed in.
She glanced at her Gege, and after receiving a nod from Gege, Little Shanna reluctantly sat back down.
Actually, it wasn't that Bell was really worried about what Shanna would do to Percy.
Although Shanna is definitely going to do something to Percy.
The main thing is that Bell's gossip spirit has been awakened once again. He is now very curious about what exactly happened between Penelope and Percy.
Sitting cross-legged on the ground, the little girl stared wide-eyed at Penelope with a serious expression, waiting for him to offer some excuses... cough cough, I mean, to explain the details. She seemed poised to launch into a full-blown argument if things went wrong.
Penelope, feeling a little nervous under Shanna's gaze, took a deep breath before slowly beginning to speak:
"Actually, it's not just because I ran into Percy on the street just now. For the past two months since graduation, I've been almost driven crazy by Percy."
He tries to persuade me almost every day to quit my current job and go work at the Ministry of Magic with him. He also constantly talks about his boss, Crouch, praising how outstanding and successful he is.
What's most annoying is that he often reads his long and boring crucible reports to me.
I almost thought he wasn't studying the thickness of the crucible bottom, but rather the accelerator of Flying Car!
Penelope couldn't understand it. Based on Percy's description, she couldn't help but think that Percy was just a handyman!
But this is actually quite normal. After all, they are fresh graduates, and no matter where they go, they will basically be doing odd jobs for the first two years.
Penelope didn't mind at all that Percy was doing odd jobs, nor did she mind that Percy's monthly salary was much lower than hers, only 20 Galleon.
But the problem is! She hasn't even looked down on Percy's job yet, but Percy is looking down on her in every way!
So Penelope couldn't understand, where did Percy's confidence come from? His pile of broken crucibles?!
Penelope understood that the main reason Percy was so bothered by her current job was because of Bell.
But there's really nothing between her and Bell!
After graduation, she now meets with Bell at most once a week, and it's not even alone; Shanna or Hermione are usually with her.
After all, no matter how close she and Hermione were, Hermione would never back down on something like this.
Moreover, in order to reassure Percy, Penelope not only explained these things to him in detail, but also informed Percy in advance every time she came to report to Bell.
This is why Percy was able to "bump into" her before.
