House-elves Who Bully Newcomers
As the saying goes, "to catch a thief red-handed, to catch an adulterer in the act," Hermione, who believed she had irrefutable evidence, would have definitely given Bell a hard time if the occasion hadn't been inappropriate!
Even though she couldn't openly confront him in public, she would never let Bell comfortably embrace two women!
By channeling a small amount of magic into her eyes, Hermione used the method Bell had taught her to infuse her emotions into the magic, and then used her eyes as a medium to unleash the ' Death Gaze '!
"Hah—! Die, Bell! Hah—!"
Bell was happily eating dinner when suddenly a chill ran down her spine.
After sensing for a while, he knew he couldn't continue like this. Otherwise, he might really only have one path left: to go along with Gabrielle's sister.
Are you kidding me? How could a grown man like Bell tolerate such a thing happening?!
So, how can he do it well?
"Hmm? Brother-in-law, what's wrong?"
Gabrielle, who was happily enjoying the food her brother-in-law had given her, looked at him with a puzzled expression as he suddenly froze, wondering what had happened.
"Could it be that my brother-in-law has a cavity?"
The thought of cavities sent a chill down Gabrielle's spine.
Back when she was a cute little baby, she loved sweets, so she would always pester her older sister to secretly buy her candy, away from their parents.
As a result, the sweet time always passed in the blink of an eye. A few months later, she developed a lot of cavities because she ate too much sugar and didn't brush her teeth properly.
That period was the darkest time of her life.
Because her awful parents said they wanted to teach her a lesson, so they wouldn't treat her teeth!
As a result, she could only watch others eat delicious food every day, while she could only drink some soup.
Although her older sister tried very hard to get her a bottle of Potions to cure cavities, she was still very young at the time and ultimately failed.
Since that incident, she has strictly controlled her intake of sweets and brushes her teeth at least twice a day for no less than 5 minutes each time.
Gabrielle has made up her mind; she must be patient now. This patience is for a brighter future!
If she can just endure until she grows up and can get her own Potions to cure cavities, then she can enjoy candy to her heart's content!
Turning to look at Gabrielle, Bell suddenly had an idea. He gave her a kind smile and said Gabrielle:
"Gabrielle, would you like to see your sister Shanna?"
"I want to!"
Gabrielle also had a good impression of her older sister Shanna, who was also unaffected by her Allure Magic. Not to mention, Shanna had given her many delicious treats back then.
"Great! Come on, I'll take you to play with Sister Shanna."
Bell happily stood up, ready to take Gabrielle to find Shanna.
Once Gabrielle is handed over to Shanna, Fleur will no longer stay by his side, regardless of whether Phoebe comes with him or not. In that case, his crisis will be resolved.
"But..."
Gabrielle glanced longingly at the delicious food on the table; she hadn't had enough yet.
"Don't worry, your sister Shanna has lots and lots of delicious food too, even better than what's here."
Even food made by the same House-elf will never taste exactly the same.
Especially when the freshness of the ingredients varies, the resulting food will taste very different.
Bell had specifically instructed Lim that the best food should be placed in front of Shanna.
With Bell already enjoying an adored reputation among the House-elf at Hogwarts, this small request was nothing at all.
"OK!"
Upon hearing that her sister Shanna had even better food, Gabrielle instantly forgot all her reluctance.
Just kidding, how could a little bit of food possibly tempt Gabrielle? Her relationship with her sister Shanna is incredibly close!
"Sister, take your time eating. My brother-in-law and I are going to go play with Sister Shanna."
With that, Gabrielle jumped off the chair, intending to go with her brother-in-law to eat even more delicious food.
"Wait! Who is Shanna?"
Phoebe had never heard of the name Shanna before.
"Sister Shanna is my brother-in-law's sister. You've met her before, she's the older blonde."
After hearing Gabrielle's description, Phoebe remembered one of the two little girls who had stood behind Bell.
Even if she remembered who Shanna was, she would not allow her sister to go with Bell to find her.
Just kidding, who knows if Bell is using this as an excuse to take Gabrielle to some deserted corner and do this or that?
"No... where are the people!?"
It turned out that in the short time that Phoebe was thinking about who Shanna was, Gabrielle had already run off with Bell.
Watching the two figures, one big and one small, walk away into the distance, Phoebe was furious!
"I'm not going to care about you anymore! I'll let you get sold off, see if you still don't listen then!"
Phoebe, who had encountered nothing but unpleasant things all night, angrily decided to ignore Gabrielle.
Anyway, Gabrielle carries several magical items with her, so even if she encounters danger, she should be able to hold out for a while.
That buffer time was enough for Gabrielle to send out a distress signal and get to the scene.
Deep down, Phoebe also believed that Bell wouldn't hurt Gabrielle.
Although she didn't particularly like Bell because Gabrielle always tried to sell her to him, Bell had saved Gabrielle's life in the past.
Therefore, deep down, she was still very grateful to and trusted Bell.
Ignoring the two animals that had run away, Phoebe refocused her attention on the delicious food in front of her.
It has to be said that after Gabrielle and Bell left, she could at least focus entirely on enjoying her food. She no longer had to check on Gabrielle every few seconds to see if she was eating well, if she was choking, or if she had gotten grease on her clothes.
Ahem! In short, perhaps this is what they call "a blessing in disguise"?
Don't ask her where she learned this thing called "idioms," she just knows them!
However, as she ate, Phoebe began to feel that something was wrong.
Why does she always feel that the food in her mouth doesn't taste as good as before?
It's not that the food is bad now. Compared to the food at Beauxbatons, the food she's eating now is much more delicious.
But compared to before, it always feels like something's missing.
If the taste of the food could be attributed to her imagination, then why haven't any new foods been added to the plates that have been empty for so long?
Previously, as soon as the food was gone, new food would be replenished immediately, with the interval never exceeding one minute.
So what exactly is going on?
Are the House-elf at Hogwarts going to bully newcomers?
