The Resentful Gaze
"Uh... Hermione, that's not Magical Animals, it's just an ordinary fish."
Following Hermione's pointing finger, Bell saw a rather strange-looking... fish? It was curiously observing the Flying Car traveling through the water.
Bell did not sense any magical fluctuations from the fish.
Therefore, it can be inferred that this is just an ordinary deep-sea fish.
As for what kind of fish it is... how could he possibly know?
Even Magical Animals are not all remembered by Bell, let alone the more numerous and diverse ordinary animals.
"Is that so!?"
Hermione was extremely surprised.
It was the first time she had ever realized that ordinary animals could grow into such unique shapes.
She had always thought that only those strange Magical Animals in the Magical World could grow up so freely.
A barely perceptible fluctuation of magic flashed across Bell's hand. After giving her Gege a disgruntled look, Shanna obediently slowed down the speed of the Flying Car.
And so, the group enjoyed two hours of fun underwater, witnessing all sorts of amazing, beautiful, and spectacular underwater scenery, before finally arriving outside the Ecosystem Park before the car was filled with Little Fina's drool.
"Wow! That's amazing!"
Little Gabrielle exclaimed in surprise as she looked at the huge, semi-transparent barrier that appeared at the edge of her field of vision.
Even from this great distance, she couldn't see the boundary of the barrier.
In other words, isn't this barrier even larger than the magical barrier that covers Beauxbatons?
This was far beyond the little girl's imagination.
This was the first time in her life she had ever seen a barrier even larger than Beauxbatons ' magical barrier.
As Little Gabrielle exclaimed in surprise, everyone else except Bell and Shanna also gaped in astonishment.
They were also astonished by the Menethil Family's extravagant spending.
Looking at the magical barrier in the distance, which could be described as the largest... well, the second largest in the Magical World world today, Bell felt very satisfied.
(The largest magical barrier is the Nine Provinces Guardian Array of China.)
Bell was involved in setting up this barrier, so he had reviewed the design drawings long before it was completed.
Similarly, Shanna had also seen that stack of design drawings.
Soon, the Flying Car approached the barrier.
Two wizards flew out from inside the barrier and swam towards Bell and the others.
Please provide proof.
Even though they had been notified in advance that Bell and the others would enter from the outside, the two wizards still did not let their guard down.
They watched the Flying Car warily, Wand gripped tightly in their hands, ready to attack at any moment.
The entire Menethil Family's Security Force knew that when their Young Master visited the family laboratory last time, the two guards at the gate were rewarded with a month's salary for their high level of vigilance towards Young Master arrival.
This story of determination has inspired countless members of the garrison.
So, when they learned that on this day, their shift, the Young Master and young lady would be bringing their friends into the Ecosystem Park from the outside, they were incredibly excited.
That's a month's salary!
So the two of them perked up and became even more vigilant than usual, hoping that the Young Master would give them a reward.
Bell glanced at the two people outside the car with a puzzled look. He felt that there was something strange about the emotions emanating from them.
After thinking about it for a while, Bell couldn't figure out what was going on, so he put the feeling out of his mind.
After handing over the badges representing their identities to the two for inspection, the Flying Car flew into the barrier through an entrance.
So even though everything is fine, why does Bell always feel like there are two resentful eyes staring at him?
"Bell, how exactly was such a massive barrier constructed?"
Hermione's eyes practically lit up.
Her thirst for unknown knowledge and her longing for magical wonders made her wish she could jump off the Flying Car and touch the enormous barrier outside.
"This barrier is woven together using three Inferior Philosopher's Stone as its core."
Besides defending against attacks and isolating seawater, this barrier also functions to convert sunlight, separate salt from seawater, and delineate different geographical environments.
Bell explained simply.
Of course, although he made it sound easy, it's actually very difficult to do.
It can be said that this barrier is the very essence of the Ecosystem Park.
Once the barrier is complete, all that's needed is to fill it with various plants and animals. This is not a difficult task for wizards with magical abilities.
"Gege! Shall we go play now?"
"Shanna said excitedly."
She has always loved playing with magical plants and animals... no, she really loves playing with magical plants and animals.
So, as soon as she arrived at this Ecosystem Park, the little girl couldn't wait to play!
"All you do is play."
Bell gently patted Shanna's head with a playful (affectionate) pat.
"First, go to the controlled area to attend the opening ceremony and say hello to Mr. Scamander. After that, you'll have plenty of time to play."
"Oh..."
Pouting, Shanna adjusted the Flying Car's direction and flew towards the top of the barrier.
Because the Ecosystem Park is home to all sorts of Magical Animals, Shanna didn't dare to speed up the Flying Car too much.
Otherwise, if she were to bump into some Magical Animals, that wicked old man, who usually can't even speak properly, would definitely start nagging her endlessly, like a clucking chicken.
That's why she didn't want to go to the controlled area; she didn't like that old man named Scamander.
That wicked old man wouldn't let her play with the magical creatures... cough cough, he wouldn't let her play with the Magical Animals.
This is absolutely outrageous!
Only that wicked old man named Dumbledore is worse than Scamander!
The "Bena" slowly landed in the parking lot, and Bell and the others got off the Flying Car one after another.
Phyllis, Lena, and the Gabrielle sisters all stared in astonishment at the Floating Island beneath their feet.
They never expected that this so-called controlled area would actually be suspended in the air.
In stark contrast to before, Hermione was much calmer this time.
Last summer, when she went to Mars, she saw a similar Floating Island. Although this Floating Island was much larger, they were essentially the same, weren't they?
Of course, the main reason was that in those few short hours, she saw so many amazing things that it was almost comparable to her first time shopping in Diagon Alley.
So now she's become somewhat numb; even if a ferocious and terrifying Fire Dragon suddenly landed in front of her, she wouldn't feel the slightest bit of emotion.
