Shanna: "Hogwarts Seems Pretty Fun!"
Hermione was speechless. The previous "Personal Terminal" was produced by the Bell Family, and now the "Constant Temperature Badge" is also produced by the Bell Family. How come his family produces everything!
What Hermione didn't know was that the Magic Item Shop she entered was actually owned by the Bell Family, and about half of the magical items inside were produced by the Bell Family themselves.
"Gege, is this sister Hermione? Aren't you going to introduce her to me?" Shanna suddenly leaned over and said.
For some reason, Shanna pressed her face tightly against Bell's.
As Shanna grew older, she rarely made such intimate gestures anymore. At most, she would hug Bell tightly. Bell felt a little sad about this change, but he understood and let it happen naturally.
"Yes, this is Hermione. Hermione, and this is my sister, Shanna." Bell enlarged his Personal Terminal to make it easier for Shanna and Hermione to chat.
"Hello, Hermione," Shanna greeted Hermione with a sweet smile. At the same time, she subtly observed Hermione: tousled reddish-brown hair, black eyes—overall, she was quite cute, though not in her league. Overall rating: Moderate threat level.
After the evaluation was completed, Shanna breathed a slight sigh of relief, and her smile became more genuine.
"Hello, Shanna. I've heard Bell talking about you a lot at school, and I'm so glad to finally meet you today."
Hearing Hermione's words, Shanna smiled even more happily.
"Bell, are you in your bedroom right now? Your bedroom is so big!" Hermione exclaimed, looking at Bell's background on the screen.
"This isn't my bedroom, it's Shanna's bedroom. My bedroom is actually a bit bigger for some reason, probably twice the size of this one," Bell explained.
"..."
Hermione once again truly experienced how utterly despicable capitalism is! This bedroom was already larger than she had imagined, but Bell claimed his bedroom was twice the size! Hermione wanted to bite someone.
"Then I won't bother you any longer. See you at school."
See you at school.
After hanging up the video call, Bell was about to continue teasing Fina. But Shanna grabbed Fina and scooped her up, watching her Gege with a smile.
"Gege, could you tell me about Hermione?"
Shanna decided to be on the safe side and scout out the enemy's situation again from her Gege's place.
"Hermione's story? What could Hermione possibly have to say?" Bell asked, puzzled.
Seeing her Gege's utterly clueless attitude, Shanna felt even more reassured. She even thought she might be being a bit too sensitive; after all, her experiences over the years made it clear that her Gege would definitely be single by choice in the future. She figured she could probably lower Hermione's rating by another level, making her "low danger."
However, just in case, Shanna decided to ask for clarification again to rule out any unforeseen circumstances.
"What kind of person is Hermione? Why did my Gege become friends with Hermione?" and so on.
"Hmm... Hermione is a very serious person, almost to the point of being overly serious. She also loves learning magic, so she'll probably be first in her grade at the end of the semester," Bell said slowly after thinking for a moment.
"Her grades are even better than her Gege's?" Shanna asked incredulously. In her heart, her Gege would always be the best!
"Of course, your Gege is not a good student. I only went to the A History of Magic and Defense Against the Dark Arts once, for the first period, and never went again. Later, Hermione dragged me back to A History of Magic, but I never listened to the lectures, so my final grades are sure to be terrible."
"It must be the fault of those classes!"
In Shanna's heart, her Gege was always right. If her Gege didn't want to go to those classes, then there must be something wrong with those classes, which was why her Gege didn't want to waste his time!
It has to be said that Shanna was right for once this time; those two courses were indeed problematic, each one more unbearable than the last.
It's truly heartbreaking for the Hogwarts children to endure such torment at such a young age. If any school dared to subject Shanna to that, Bell swore she'd blow it up! Not a single brick would be left!
Thinking about this, Bell suddenly realized a blind spot. Shanna would be going to Hogwarts in two years, when Bell would be a third-year student. And Bell's third year meant that Harry Potter would also be a third-year student. Bell didn't know what would happen in the third year, but based on the truth that "trouble always surrounds the protagonist," nothing good was likely to happen.
Can we tolerate this? Absolutely not! Looks like we'll have to do some serious research on this later.
"So how did my Gege become friends with Hermione?" Shanna continued to ask.
"We first met on the train to Hogwarts. Later, because we both frequented the Library, we would occasionally chat when we bumped into each other, and we gradually became closer. We truly became friends on Halloween Eve. That day, Hermione was being talked about behind her back, and she happened to overhear it. She was very upset, so she went to a secluded place by herself. When I found out, I went to find her, and then we encountered a Troll... well, I don't think it had anything to do with Troll?"
Bell briefly recounted how he met Hermione. Of course, there was no need to bring up such a trivial matter as his intrusion into the Girls' Bathroom.
"Troll!? Is Hogwarts really that interesting!?"
"..."
"Cough cough, Gege, why are there Troll at Hogwarts? Are they for students to practice magic? Are Troll powerful? Are they really as stupid as they're described in the books? Are they really smelly? Gege, did you eat the Troll? Was it tasty?"
Shanna promptly changed the subject, interrupting her Gege's gaze with a barrage of questions—a tactic she always used successfully. Meanwhile, the little girl, already eagerly anticipating starting school at Hogwarts, became even more excited for reasons she couldn't easily discuss.
"Hmm... that's a bit complicated, and I don't really know the specifics. To put it simply, you can think of it as some idiot trying to cause trouble, and everyone watching his performance with pity for a mentally challenged person."
Bell briefly explained the situation to Shanna.
"Because of Dumbledore, I didn't feel comfortable touching that Troll, so I didn't eat it. But that Troll really stinked; I guess it had never had a bath since it was born. I hope the stench on its body doesn't seep into its flesh, otherwise, such smelly meat is inedible."
