Bell wrapped an arm around Hermione's slender waist and gently guided her downstairs.

"All right, didn't I tell you? I only went to see Professor Eleonora to consult her about some psychology-related questions. That's all."

Rather than worrying when he saw Hermione acting jealous, Bell found it somewhat amusing.

He knew Hermione did not truly suspect anything between him and Professor Eleonora. She was simply too concerned about him.

Putting himself in her shoes, if Hermione were constantly visiting the office of a young male professor, even if he knew she was only there to ask questions, he would still feel jealous.

So, not only was Bell not annoyed by Hermione's little tantrum, he actually found her rather adorable.

Of course, that also had something to do with Hermione knowing her limits and never truly making a scene.

"Bell, tomorrow is the weekend. Could you not do experiments this weekend? I heard from some classmates that a patch of maple trees on the edge of the Forbidden Forest has already changed color. Let's go see the maple leaves, okay?"

Hermione looked at Bell expectantly as she made her suggestion.

She did not believe Bell had suddenly become interested in psychology just because he visited Professor Eleonora every day. Seeing the dark circles beneath his eyes, she knew he had not been resting well lately. When they had slept together before, Bell had even been jolted awake by nightmares several times in one night.

She was truly curious about what Bell had been doing. What could possibly make him wake from nightmares? It was far beyond anything she could understand.

But since Bell did not want to talk about it, she did not press him further. Still, as Bell's girlfriend, seeing his mental state worsen by the day, she felt she
