Time flew by amid Harry's anxiety, and before he knew it, Saturday had arrived.
That morning, as soon as breakfast was over, Bell was blocked at the entrance to the Great Hall by a group of people.
A glance revealed an impressive lineup. Every one of them was a fairly well-known Wizard in the Magical World. Seeing how aggressive they looked, anyone unaware of the situation might have thought they had come to besiege Voldemort.
Though that did seem to be the case?
"Sorry, Bell. I... I told Professor McGonagall about what we discussed that day, and then everyone came."
Harry hung his head, looking exactly like a student who had tattled to a teacher behind everyone's backs, only to be exposed by his classmates and become so ashamed that he wanted to die.
"You don't need to apologize, Harry. You did the right thing. In fact, I expected everyone to come."
Bell patted Harry on the shoulder, signaling for him to straighten up.
Harry was about to fight an intense battle of souls with Voldemort. Emotional factors had an enormous impact on battles of the soul, and Bell did not want Harry facing Voldemort while feeling depressed.
"Also, it's been a long time, Professor Moody. I'm glad to see you're as fit as ever."
Bell gave the Professor Moody, whom he had not seen in a long time, a slight bow and greeted him politely.
"Hmph! That's because I remain vigilant at all times and never let my guard down for even a moment! Bell, you've changed quite a lot. Your family has changed even more. I hope there will not come a day when we stand on opposite sides."
