Hearing his name called from inside, Harry hurriedly stood up, pushed open the door, and walked in.
"Please have a seat, Mr. Potter."
"Thank you."
Harry did as instructed and sat in the chair at the center of the room, looking somewhat nervously at the three interviewers before him.
That afternoon, at a secret Order of the Phoenix gathering held in a hidden corner of the Ministry of Magic's Storage Room, after discussion and a final vote, the Order had ultimately decided to strike against the Menethil Family and liberate the British Ministry of Magic and the British Wizarding World.
The Order's first chosen targets were Bell, who had recently been at the center of much attention, and the magical city of Dalaran.
Everyone believed that as long as they detained Bell and destroyed Dalaran in the sky, then with the joint efforts of the Muggle government and the Wizards, they should soon be able to minimize the impact of the previous events and allow Wizards to hide themselves once more.
However, while the idea was sound, putting it into practice required them to solve several problems.
First, Dalaran floated in the sky. It was simply unrealistic for them to pass through the Defense Barrier surrounding Dalaran and secretly infiltrate the city.
Second, a large number of the Menethil Family's "lackeys" were stationed within Dalaran. If they carried out a large-scale operation, it would be difficult to conceal it from the city's defensive forces.
