Rather than Bell and the others discovering the source of the problem, it would be more accurate to say that the "problem" had jumped right into their faces.
Not long after they began searching upward in circles around the entire mountain, two familiar figures appeared before Bell and the others.
"Who goes there!? How dare you trespass upon Holy Mountain!"
The two burly orcs shouted at Bell's group.
As they shouted, Magic Power surged around the two orcs. Flames coiled around one of their hands, while the other drew the Bone Blade at his waist, electric arcs crackling across its surface.
These two were actually both orc shamans.
"Holy Mountain!?"
Hearing that familiar term again after so long, Bell shuddered all over and nearly turned around to run.
Even now, recalling everything he had experienced while celebrating Spring Festival in the Cultivation World made Bell's heart race with lingering fear. Even with Frostmourne, the Magic Sword, in hand, he had no confidence that he could defeat the "great terror" sealed within that "Holy Mountain."
Could this mountain beneath their feet also have something similar buried within it? If so, then every strange occurrence could be explained. After all, for an existence of that level, no ability it possessed would be surprising.
"Speak! What are you plotting by infiltrating Holy Mountain!? And what exactly are you people?"
It was the first time these two orcs had ever seen humans. Looking at these pale, delicate-looking creatures with their slender, frail bodies, they were truly curious.
"Uh, you two, could we please stop saying the words 'Holy Mountain'? I'm allergic to them."
Bell vigorously rubbed the goosebumps on his arms, forcibly suppressing the urge to split the mountain open with a single swing of his sword.
What? You were asking why he wanted
