Bell led the Menethil Family’s campaign against the American wizard gangs, breaking their defenses and forcing their leaders to reconsider their opposition. As the gangs gathered but halted their sabotage, Bell prepared to divide them and invited their leaders to dinner.

• Bell reunited with his family in the United States, attended Helena’s engagement ceremony, and was handed the family’s accumulated American reports to handle.
• After learning that wizard groups were sabotaging Menethil businesses, Bell chose to fight them and ordered the Special Operations Team to prepare for a campaign.
• Bell and Goodwin led a midnight raid on Thunderbird Wings, where Bell broke the barrier and Shanna led the Action Team’s attack.
• Bell’s forces raided ten gang groups, captured hundreds of wizards, and offered the prisoners a chance to serve the Menethil Family.
• Bell used the captives to attack Skull and Bones and other gang headquarters, while Shanna’s Mad Bear shattered a defense barrier with its Corrosion Curse.
• After the surviving gang leaders met, the Madagascar Lion’s Claw Leader failed to persuade them to unite against the Menethils, and Bell returned to headquarters exhausted.

Bell led the Hogwarts exchange students to Yandu Academy, where Shanna and Bell impressed the Cultivators during the entrance tests and duels. After Shanna lost to Ma Jingjing and Bell won his own match, Wu Shuang challenged Bell inside the Mountains and Rivers Plate.

• Bell intimidated the American gang bosses into attending Helena’s wedding, then spent a month in the United States with Shanna before Penelope told him researchers had found H1 Particle and he proposed using it to create tangible magical projections.
• Bell returned to Britain and took Hermione, Shanna, Luna, Roy, and Bridget to China as exchange students, where Ma Jingjing welcomed them to Yandu Academy and warned the girls about Li Xin.
• Ma Jingjing explained the Academy’s grades, aptitude tests, and cultivation paths as the exchange students watched the entrance examinations.
• Shanna earned a place in the Upper Academy by destroying the test boulder with a compressed Explosion Curse, and Bell stunned the students by making another boulder disappear with Annihilation.
• Shanna completed the spirit-power test and vowed to advance far enough to share a classroom with Bell, while Bell and Hermione excelled in the magic-control tests.
• Shanna defeated her first opponent and then fought Ma Jingjing, using fire, traps, and the Fire Escape Technique before conceding after an hour-long duel.
• Bell explained how Ma Jingjing’s Sword Sense had helped her win and advised Shanna to improve her Fire Escape Technique and Curses, then accepted responsibility when Ma Jingjing lost her next match after exhausting herself.
• Bell defeated a body cultivator, won the test, and accepted Wu Shuang’s challenge before following him into the Mountains and Rivers Plate for their match.

Bell and Wu Shuang fought to a draw before Bell and his companions began settling into life at Yandu Academy. The stretch leaves Shanna grounded from her Flying Car and teaching Middle Academy students her version of Quidditch.

• Bell and Wu Shuang traded powerful attacks until Bell sealed a spatial rift, called their match a draw, and left the damaged Mountains and Rivers Plate.
• Dean Han Baisong and Yandu Academy’s leaders questioned Bell about Wizards, then Bell attended the opening ceremony and learned that he, Hermione, and Shanna had been assigned to different classes.
• Bell met classmates Ma Jingjing, Zhang Xu, Lü Feitian, and DuGu Sheng, and Zhang Xu explained how the Cultivator Alliance had suppressed major families and obscured their history.
• Bell attended Tie Zhesheng’s Weapon Refinement class, showed him a sword, and later ate one of Shanna’s Strength Enhancement Pills.
• Bell, Shanna, and Hermione worried about Luna’s isolation, shared desserts with Ma Jingjing, and spent their evenings studying and practicing.
• Ma Jingjing challenged Bell to close combat, but he dodged and blocked her attacks until she gave up.
• Shanna turned a flying lesson into a race across Yandu Academy, and Bell stopped the racers with an Obstruction Jinx before taking her away.

Bell went to Japan to investigate the Killing Stone and save Yomi, binding her as his Shikigami after defeating her and reconciling her with Kagura. With a Special Operations Team deployed, Bell began hunting Mitarashi Kazuhiro, who fled toward Kyoto.

• Bell visited the Menethil Family’s Japan branch, learned that Yomi had vanished, and went with Sakamoto to find her and the Killing Stone’s culprit.
• Bell stopped Kagura and Yomi’s battle, defeated Yomi, and contracted with her as his Shikigami to suppress the Killing Stone’s malice.
• Yomi and Kagura reunited and forgave one another, while Bell brought them back to the branch and ordered the Countermeasures Office to stand down.
• Bell summoned one hundred Special Operations Team members and sent them to hunt Mitarashi Kazuhiro, whose image he showed the team.
• Bell visited the Isayama family home with Yomi, began Kendo lessons, and let Kagura take over after she challenged him.
• Jennifer Myers reported that Mitarashi had escaped through a forest by summoning evil spirits, and Bell traced his route toward Kyoto.
• Bell planned a blockade near Kyoto, explained how Qiongqi could consume the Killing Stone’s malice, and sent masked pursuers equipped to fight evil spirits after Mitarashi.
